We had a wonderful stay at Penny's Air BNB! Would definitely recommend to travelers! It was very cozy and spacious! Very quaint place with a beautiful countryside property feel to it! The host was very kind and welcoming. Will definitely try to use again in the near future and beyond! So much better than a motel for sure!

I was in town for a tournament and this location was just a few minutes from Dayton ramp. Great place to stay long drive way. Squeaky clean, great place to stay.

Sallie's place was great, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. My grandson's and their dad really enjoyed fishing off the dock, they used up all their bait and had to get more! There were plenty of games to play on the day when the weather wasn't the best. The kitchen was really well stocked and very large. The very long dining tables inside and out were perfect for sitting our family for meals and playing games. It was very close to Rock Island State Park and a small grocery store was just down the road with the best ice cream spot, Rock Island Trolley. Nice and quiet and beautiful area. Our family enjoyed the home. It was very peaceful and relaxing and just what we needed. The home had just about everything we needed, and there are dollar stores close by for a quick trip if need be. We took a short trip to Rock Island for a little hike to see the water falls. The host was responsive and had very easy/clear instructions. Highly recommend staying here to unwind.

The perfect place for US to spend our Christmas with the Grands. Totally surprised by the beautiful tree that was up and made our time much more special. We live 6 hours from the grands and it was so nice to walk in to a place that felt like home. We will be coming back again !

This property was exceptional! It was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit and the back porch, which provided a wonderful space to relax. The hosts thoughtfully provided all linens, sound machines, soaps, and additional amenities that enhanced our stay. My family & I felt extremely comfortable and well-cared for during our visit. Although the property is located on a busy road, it did not significantly impact our experience. We are looking forward to returning soon! Meagan (host) was super nice as well!

We stayed for 2 nights 4 adults. Mitchell's place was just right. We really enjoyed meeting him and talking. Rented the pontoon boat which was great. Already thinking about when we would return. Would recommend staying at this property.
