Vacation rentals with a patio in Valencia

Really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Lucie was a great host. Very communicative and gave clear instructions on how to get in. The list of recommendations came in handy, and this location is very walkable to a lot of hot spots and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying with Lucie, we had a great time and great experience. All the amenities were as described and the apartment was in great condition. Made it easy to feel at home.

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Emilio's apartment. Check-in was simple and uncomplicated. What we were missing were certain kitchen tools such as a cutting board, drying cloth, a clean sponge. Other than that everything was good. Thank you so much for having us 🙏

Fantastic location, beautiful, sparkling clean apartment with balcony. A private secured parking space, ideal. A great place to stay. A 10! As far as communication is concerned, there were some less enjoyable things: 1. The caretaker of the apartment building to whom we report, because there was no one else, only spoke Spanish. This was also true for the lady he called and then took us to the apartment. Fortunately, we understood enough Spanish, but for guests who don't speak a word of Spanish, this is difficult. 2. We prefer to communicate through the Airbnb channel. However, the hosts texted us directly as well. We experienced this as less pleasant, especially because it was then about the installation of a new washing machine during our stay. 3. Asking for a 5-star qualification on the Airbnb channel and requesting to report any complaints privately has something unfair. In short, fantastic apartment, less good communication

Very well-kept apartment, equipped with everything you could want, quiet area. It's very close to the train that takes you to Valencia, but the noise is minimal and not a bother.

The accommodation is ideal for spending a few days as a couple. The attention and flexibility of her host, Vanessa, has been a real luxury. We will definitely repeat,we felt at home

Very nice place, cozy and quiet. We were unfortunate to travel here when Valencia was flooded, so the beach was dirty, but overall - really nice place and Bautista is a great host!

The stay here was great, the cleanliness of the place is spectacular. The reception to the apartment was very nice, the gentleman who gave us the keys (Vicente) is very friendly and was available to everything we needed. Supermarkets are close by. It was definitely one of our best stays in Moncofar.

The treatment received was excellent, there was no lack of detail. The place was quiet, ideal for a relaxing weekend.

Lucia's house is beautiful, very close to the beach, a large supermarket nearby, and many restaurants.The location is good and life is convenient and we had a nice weekend here.Will come back next time if I get a chance.

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location within 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. Apartment as indicated, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

Our 6 day stay in Emilio's orange grove was fantastic! The host was always at our side with questions or problems and was very committed to providing us with the best possible stay. The connection by car was good because the highway was nearby and you need about 40 minutes to Valenica. We found the place very clean and especially the layout with two separate, small houses was great for our family! The equipment with coffee maker, fridge, clothes rack, etc. was also perfect! Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!!

Perfect stay

We went to a nearby village, and we stayed only 1 night, but we had what we needed for a good rest and although the stay was short, we had a great time.

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Carmen apartment is very nice and clean. It is also very quiet so you can have a nice sleep 😴. Best thing in the apartment is terrace 😀 we had great breakfast every morning 😀😎. The market is 1 min from apartment…You can go by foot almost anywhere ( old town is 20 min, Turia park 15 min). My family and I really enjoy València and Carmen’s apartment 😀😀😀

The apartment just as seen in the photos, everything is clean and with everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Susana is always attentive, quick and very flexible communication with check-in and check-out times, a totally recommended place.

Our stay in Cullera was beautiful. Bibiana, Mila and Guillermo are very good people and the apartment is even nicer than the photos. There is everything you need to spend a beautiful vacation and the view from the terraces is amazing!! I recommend 1000%

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We loved our stay very much! The house was really beautiful, spacious, and very neatly maintained. Everything we needed was present, which made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal and easily accessible. In addition, the host was incredibly friendly and super helpful, which made our experience even better.
