What a fantastic apartment in the most perfect location , it’s not often you find a place that’s even better than the photos , super stylish with immaculate detail throughout . we met Carlos’s partner who was friendly and very helpful .we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend those who are lucky enough to visit Valencia with the perfect base for your stay

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

Very spacious and good looking place with a great location. Totally worth the money, very gladly visit again for the next stay in Valencia!

The location of the apartment is top. There are various supermarkets and small bars/restaurants all around. The old town is also a few minutes' walk away. The apartment was clean and actually even bigger than thought through the photos. All in all, a perfect stay :)

We felt at home. Everything was very comfortable and cleaned. The treatment with the hostess is great. 100% recommended!

This is a wonderful location, a great space and a communicative host. I really enjoyed my time there. Walking the beach in the morning was very healing. Being able to catch the bus or train within a few minutes walk was very convenient. Cafe's and grocery were both nearby. The water in the shower only stays hot for about 5 minutes but I adapted. It would be difficult if two people were showering. I was thankful for the laundry machine so I could wash my clothes and dry them on the back porch. I would stay here again. It was a good experience.

Perfect hosts, nice area, slightly noisy neighbours but respectful at night. Close to what i needed it to be.

Everything is great. It's a little noisy on weekends, but the location is just super. I recommend. I will definitely come back.

Cabanyal is a fantastic place to stay. Residential and vibrant with lots of history and places of interest, and cafes, bars, restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and also to the fabulous uber modern arts and science centre area. Ten minute walk to the metro - Maritim. Rafa's apartment was perfect for 5 of us to stay. It's not in the roof of an apartment but on the ground floor with direct access from street. Beautifully built and decorated. Spacious and light. Very comfortable to stay in and easy to get around from there. Definitely visit the small, local bar La Paca which is about 10 doors down. And the restaurant La Llimera which is also on the same street. We hired bikes to get around which was very easy and a great way to explore the city.

The loft is very spacious, everything was very clean with everything I needed in the listing. Teddy at all times very friendly and helpful. Would come back

We had a great stay at Francisco’s place. Francisco himself was so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and he let us in. He spent time showing us the apartment and giving us top tips and recommendations. The apartment itself was just as described. Spotlessly clean, as the photos showed and a great roof terrace. Super. Perfect place to stay in Valencia, especially if you want to be close to the Sciences museum and the beach. Modern and clean appartment with everything you need. We were travelling with a toddler and Vicent was very understanding regarding our specific needs. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Super nice room with a lovely terrace outside. We enjoyed it. The room is nicely decorated, was completely neat on arrival and we thought it was a big plus that you can cook in the room. The communication with Elizabeth was also very nice, she always responded quickly and very friendly. In the area, you can take beautiful walks. We recommend this accommodation!

I had a great time at Ausias's place. The Loft is very close to the beach yet so quite and you rarely hear any noise from the outside. The Loft itself is very functional and was very clean when I arrived. Arianna the co-host was also very kind, she was checking if I needed anything during my stay and she was always very responsive whenever I had any questions. Overall Highly recommend

The place is unbeatable in the center of Valencia close to all the tourist walks. I want to leave a thank you to JOSE who welcomed us and helped us with the bags on our go. He is very helpful. Thank you Francisco for describing the place as it is. I recommend it.

Well located accommodation in a downtown area. Friendly and quick host in response. Ideal for disconnecting for a few days.

Victor was very kind and was very attentive that he has everything, very attentive at all times you have a room and amenities for not that high price. ideal to spend a few days visiting places and having a place to rest.
