What a fantastic apartment in the most perfect location , it’s not often you find a place that’s even better than the photos , super stylish with immaculate detail throughout . we met Carlos’s partner who was friendly and very helpful .we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend those who are lucky enough to visit Valencia with the perfect base for your stay

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this apartment. Communication with the host was clear, friendly, and helpful from the start. The apartment itself is beautiful — spacious, full of light, and tastefully decorated to feel both modern and cozy. Everything was spotless and hygienic, and the space was very practically laid out with plenty of storage. The location is another big plus: the apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Public transport and a supermarket are just around the corner. Check-in was smooth thanks to clear instructions and a convenient key lockbox. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. We also really appreciated being allowed a late check-out due to our evening flight — a thoughtful gesture that made our departure much more relaxed. Would definitely recommend this place and happily stay again!

We felt at home. Everything was very comfortable and cleaned. The treatment with the hostess is great. 100% recommended!

We had a lovely time in Jorge‘s apartment, it’s exactly like in the pictures, very spacious and bright. The kitchen is very well equipped so we did a lot of cooking. The location is great too, just a short walk from the old town and in a nice neighborhood. Jorge was a super friendly host who gave us great recommendations!

We both had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The mother of the host is really sweet and lovely, she welcomed us warmly, shown us the apartment. Everything was clean and organized, they provide extra towels, bedsheets etc.. The kitchen has all what you need in case you had a longer stay and wanted to prepare food at home. The location is really great, 5-8 mins walk to the beach, we didn't worry that we might walk too much to enjoy the sunrise on the beach. There are lots of nearby pharmacies and supermarkets. We really enjoyed our time in this place:)

The apartment was great, we booked very spontaneously on the same day and check-in was also directly possible. Angelica was very friendly and helped us with everything. I'd love to come back :)

The apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with, and I appreciated the thoughtful walk-through during the check-in. The location is convenient—just steps away from a grocery store, a 15-minute walk to Russafa, and a quick bus ride to the city center and Central Market.

Rafa was an excellent host - always responsive and friendly, and provided a lot of suggestions for things to do in Valencia. The apartment was very suitable for our young children. From the accommodation you can walk to the beach or Metro station in 10 minutes, and there are a lot of amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, etc nearby). Would definitely stay again.

Small cozy place. Clean, everything works. When questions arise, the host responds almost instantly.

We had a great stay at Francisco’s place. Francisco himself was so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and he let us in. He spent time showing us the apartment and giving us top tips and recommendations. The apartment itself was just as described. Spotlessly clean, as the photos showed and a great roof terrace. Super. It was a pleasant stay. The apartment is very nice and conveniently located near the beach, shops, and cafes. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The only minor downside was the limited natural light ( just one window there plus a kind of a court). However, this is just a small detail and likely makes the place quite pleasant during the summer.

Highly recommended, everything is clean and with self-management check-in. I would stay again.

I had a great time at Ausias's place. The Loft is very close to the beach yet so quite and you rarely hear any noise from the outside. The Loft itself is very functional and was very clean when I arrived. Arianna the co-host was also very kind, she was checking if I needed anything during my stay and she was always very responsive whenever I had any questions. Overall Highly recommend

Victor was very kind and was very attentive that he has everything, very attentive at all times you have a room and amenities for not that high price. ideal to spend a few days visiting places and having a place to rest.
