The apartment is very nicely decorated and great cut. Everything is available and you feel at home. The beach and promenade are 5 minutes away on foot. Communication worked out great. We were very pleased with everything and would come back anytime.

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

I spent about 20 days in this apartment in Banditella, Livorno, and the experience was fantastic. The location is perfect, a short walk from the sea, ideal for those looking for relaxation and comfort. The apartment is cozy and well cared for, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Federica, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to provide support and respond to any need. I highly recommend this place for a quiet and pleasant holiday!

Angiolo was very welcoming. he and his son waited patiently for us lthough we were late. He gave us a basket of welcoming gifts and a parting gidt as well. He is a man of few words but he gave us a reassuring vibe and a fatherly warmth. A great place with the authentic Italian air.

Such a quaint, peaceful welcoming place to stay while in Lucca. Close to everything, yet not directly in the hustle and bustle. Anna Lisa was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. It felt as if we have known her and been friends for years.

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and to enjoy nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the host brought us a few toys for our friends' child – this made the stay even more pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

An enchanting place for those who love to be surrounded by greenery and nature but at the same time within walking distance of two wonderful cities such as Lucca and Pisa. The house is cared for in every detail and Gianni and Irina were delicious hosts. Our kids also really enjoyed the stay. In short, a highly recommended location.

We had a lovely stay at Heide’s place. The apartment was exactly as it appeared, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. There was so much space both inside and outside on the terrace, and it felt like a very elegant experience. Heide accommodated our requirements when travelling with our baby daughter which helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

Amazing location! close to the beach, close to the center, a supermarket close-by. Host very nice, house very clean, what can I say, really 5⭐.

Clean and comfortable. Great to cook in the kitchen. Nice big shower with good pressure and enough towels. Enjoyed our 4 nights during the New Year and the heating was very good. Great location.

Awesome flat in the center of Pisa, close to restaurants, tower of Pisa, the central station. We even walked from the airport to the flat which was a 30 min journey :). The flat itself is clean, very nicely decorated and has all the amenities you would possibly need during a holiday. We will be coming back!

Just a perfect stay. The apartment is even lovelier than the pictures and is so peaceful and comfortable. It has been renovated with evident love, taste and skill and we were very sad to have to leave. Lots of extra touches that make such a difference. Leandro was extremely responsive and kind. We would certainly want to stay in this gorgeous apartment again. Lucca itself was a delight. We enjoyed meandering around the labyrinth of streets and cycling round the walls on the bikes that Leandro provides free to use with the apartment. Going in January was great as it felt quiet and peaceful.

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! The place was delightful and well situated close enough to many things while still feeling secluded. Having two sets of keys was a great help also. I would definitely recommend!

Francesco and Patrizia were some of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting to date. We felt like part of the family and community and he did a wonderful job of helping us feel that way. Francesco has lived in Massa Marittima all his life and can tell you the rich history of the town, the best places to eat, and good places to visit! We even had the pleasure of having dinner with him and his wife one evening at a local restaurant. We definitely want to come back and visit them again, he may have been a host but we felt like friends and family.
