Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Unterschleißheim

We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

We had a great time at Marion's apartment. Everything was as described, plus super clean and furnished with attention to detail and little touches. We felt very comfortable and would stay there again and again. In addition, it was totally nice to talk to Monika and her husband, we felt very welcome and as if we were with friends.

I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

We were very happy with the place. ● Flexible check in ● Place was easy to find ● spacious parking space on the premises ● You immediately felt at home ● The kitchen was superbly equipped ● Even a crib was on site ● The beds were very cozy Of course, we were also very lucky during our stay and on all days a bright blue sky. So all in all a very nice holiday.

Mia is a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is nice and clean. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk away. I would recommend it!

Anna is a nice and friendly host, she always stayed in touch and was very supportive. The apartment has everything I needed for cooking and living and it was crystal clean! The U-Bahn and the buses are in 7-minutes walking distance, its also easy to get to the center.

Jan’s apartment was conveniently located across the street from a grocery store. Plus, the place is a few minutes from a less touristy beer hall, a bakery, and a few decent restaurants. The rooms were warm and the kitchen area super clean.

Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

The property is only recommended for the catchment area of Messe München. Lots of bedrooms, furnished kitchen and large bathroom. Parking is also available directly in front of the door! Would book again anytime if needed

Great place to stay in a very idyllic location. We were 4 couples and a baby and spent a very relaxed time with fireplace, table tennis (indoor and outdoor), Sauan and flippers. There was plenty of space, even enough bathrooms. Very good and extensive amenities. We felt very comfortable. Accessibility only by car.

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

We had a lovely holiday as a family in Gauting. The house is the perfect base from which to explore the region and relax after a long day. Our 2.5-year-old liked the "wooden house" very much, just like us. We felt completely comfortable and would book it again at any time.

It was a very good central location from which to explore.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The view is great and the surroundings are quiet and relaxing. Matthias was very friendly and easy to work with.

Dagmar and Burkhard are absolutely amazing hosts. Upon arrival, they picked us from the train station and talked through all the details about their place, and helped us with our travel plan. We really felt welcomed. The place itself is also a gem, amazing design with many automated elements, and it has all the amenities that you would ever need. Plus it is very convinently located. It is a misfortune that we only stayed two days, and we would love to come back.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Everything is perfect x order , cleanliness and accessories ....the only advice from a colleague is to put the shower boxes in the bathrooms!!!!
