We had the best time in Alex's home. The space is great for a group of seven, the heated pool area was amazing, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Definitely recommend staying here!

First off I want to start off how great the host communication was. She was a fast responder and very helpful with the things I needed to know. Her Airbnb was home welcoming. Check in was easy. She had everything in the house that you could think to need for a weeks stays. We purchased groceries for the house and she literally had every kitchen utensil that was needed. Laundry, plenty of towels and even beach items. The house was very clean, neat and roomy. Everything was nice and updated. I felt right at home. It was definitely worth the stay and very close to the things I had planned for the week. Thank you again Yenis.

We had an awesome stay at Cynthia's property. The location is great. It's outside of Miami far enough where you don't have a crazy amount of traffic but close enough for a short to medium length drive to other destinations & attractions. The property is fantastic. it is well maintained, clean and very spacious (there were 4 in our party). The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. We took many walks around the area. There is some traffic noise but by no means a deterrent for choosing this property. For us the pool is a highlight. It's a large pool & deck and the water is kept warm. Cynthia is a great host. She provided and responded to all communications very timely. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Dimi was a pleasure to work with! Very responsive, always friendly and helpful. We left an item behind that was very important to my daughter, and Dimi really went above and beyond to be sure it was identified and returned. We are very grateful! Location is close to casino and beach, as well as Publix and restaurants. The unit has a lovely kitchen, furniture is a bit worn but quite comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I would recommend this Airbnb, priced well and plenty of room for our crew of 6.

We absolutely loved our stay at Donna's place—it truly felt like a home away from home! The cozy little patio was a lovely spot to sit and relax. The accommodation was very comfortable and perfectly suited for our group of ladies. The location was fantastic, with great restaurants just a minute or two away. The beach was about a seven-minute walk, and it was pristine and beautiful. The aqua-colored water was gorgeous, and there were plenty of chair and umbrella rentals available. While we didn’t take the loop bus right outside the door, it seemed to run regularly, making transportation easy. We did a day trip and they picked us up closeby at one of the hotels. Donna was an excellent communicator, always available for any questions or needs. John, who took care of the apartments, was also very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!!

Perfect place for a getaway for two people. Clean, quiet, and Rosie & Jorge were very responsive and helpful. Also walkable to downtown and some local restaurants. Easy to Uber around as well. Would stay here again.

I had a beautiful experience here, it was so peaceful. Everything you need all in one stay towels, bath soap, utensils, microwave. The pool area is such a beautiful sight to see 😍 even more gorgeous at night. Walking distance to stores everything convenient. Bright, spacious, and clean apartment on the first floor in a save neighborhood. Friendly and helpful host. Perfect location for exploring the Design District (5min walk), Wynwood (10 to 15min walk). Direct link to Miami Beach via I195 (15 min to South Beach by car). Many local restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood.

Great place. Great, central location. Would come back to same place if we are ever in Miami again!

Peter’s condo was beautiful, one of our favorite airbnb’s, great security, close to the broadwalk by the beach, many restaurants nearby, and the check-in process was well detailed. We would definitely stay here again!

Hillary’s place was beautiful in an ideal location near the airport and within close proximity to downtown Miami, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. The residence contained a full array of amenities and the washer and dryer were a plus. Accessibility to the building worked like a charm with the codes provided. My guests and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. It was perfect in terms of the bathrooms, living space, dinning and recreational features such as the jukebox. Lorena is the quintessential host! Her communication level is perfect. Additionally, she makes sure that everything is taken care of in the apartment. Great view from the apartment and very elegantly decorated. Also, has more amenities (appliances, linens, beach equip, etc) than one would expect. The furniture is very clean and comfortable. The apartment location is great with convenient access to the beach, pool, Publix and an amazing restaurant with great carry out, Patagonia. We will be back ! Thank you for crafting an amazing stay!

Lovely little place and a great value for the price, while being located near everything in the very upscale neighborhood of beautiful Key Biscayne. I was traveling solo and always felt safe out and about, even at night. The accommodations were cozy and clean with warm decorations and artwork. Comfortable bed, great shower. Big closet with plenty of linens. Nice ceiling fans with good A/C. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys and books too. The private patio was relaxing and peaceful. The public beach and two grocery stores are within walking distance. There is a golf cart rental place also within walking distance and they are handy to rent for visiting the beautiful beaches, sunsets, and restaurants at the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Miami-Dade county offers great Ecoadventures and I enjoyed kayaking. Ginny is a very friendly and responsive host. Her communication is prompt and she works to accommodate you regarding anything you need. Highly recommend it!

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Very clean and tastefully decorated place. It was a very short walk to the beach and the included beach items came in handy. The pool was also very nice and never overcrowded during our stay. Would book again in a heartbeat.
