Alex place was great! Was just what we needed prior to our cruise. Was close to the port, and the pool and outside area was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful just as photographed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

I booked this Airbnb at the last minute due to a terrible experience with a previous Airbnb. It was a breath of fresh air. The location was great. I was really pleased that it looked just like the pictures. I was so happy to have a sitting area outside in the backyard to drink my coffee. I love how all the bedrooms had nice size TVs. The kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms were spacious. I will definitely stay there again as I was really pleased.

I highly recommend to book with Erika, I never experienced such a well host that goes beyond for her guest that stay in her house. I felt very supported during my stay. And Erika was amazing with serving us in the best way as possible. I would definitely book again and refer people to this location.

Do not hesitate to book Cloudya home it’s perfect. The villa is very spacious modern and clean and the pool area is fab. On our arrival we were left snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch :) Very close to shops and eateries also location for both Miami and fort Lauderdale. Would 100% come back here! Loved our stay! - 2 families with 3 children ages 12,11 & 8..

Vischka has a beautiful family home, she was always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed. I would recommend staying at her place!

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend even though we are not far from Miami we wanted to stay the night somewhere to have a girls night out. Charciette’s place felt very homie,cozy and comfortable for my friends and I. We really enjoyed the vintage yet modern design in the house! Very clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable! I highly recommend this stay, please enjoy!

Excellent stay! Clean, modern and tastefully decorated apartment…very big, more than enough space for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms! Fabulous pool and amenities. Hip and a skip to a lovely beach. Apartment is stocked with everything…from the kitchen equipment to beach gear and towels! Sandra is very responsive (almost immediately) and was helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend

This is a great place to stay if you’re planning on doing a lot in Miami! It’s very close to the beach, downtown, the arts district, and the design district. Chloe was an amazing host. She was very responsive, and did an absolutely fantastic job! A few things you should know… The place is very small. It’s great for coming back to at night and cooking small meals, but it’s not the place you’d want to stay if you’re planning on spending the majority of your day in your AB&B. Everything supplied is bare minimum. For example, there was only two rolls of toilet paper, two towels, no additional blankets or change of sheets, etc. Just know it’s not a hotel. There are no additional amenities. A lot of reviews talk about how comfortable the bed is… it’s not. It’s your typical $99 mattress. So just be prepared if you’re planning on staying more than a couple of nights. All in all, I felt very safe, welcomed, and taken care of. It was money well spent!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jasper! The building and surrounds were peaceful, the area was super walkable and only a 10/15min walk to the beach. Great restaurants a quick walk away and everything in the apartment was comfortable and in order. We would stay at Jasper again, it is an ideal location for those wanting to enjoy the beautiful beach and lively atmosphere of South Beach without being in a noisy area.

Great for a short stay. Conveniently located in a good location, not too far from south beach and not too far from Fort Lauderdale. Place was spotless, great amenities , lovely pool area. Comfortable environment and will stay again if I’m ever back in Miami!

Really liked it only problem was the water in the shower got cold fast. Other than that was really nice

Jonathan's apartment is great and as seen in the photos. The location is on a quiet street in a nice residential area. Everything was clean and check-in easy and straightforward thanks to Jonathan's clear instructions. The restaurant recommendations were great too. The place was very clean, walking distance to the beach, a free parking space. I was able to leave the car parked and walk because the place is in a central location to the hot spots. I enjoyed my stay and the host was very responsive.

Hillary is an excellent host and the apartment is very comfortable, organized and clean. I would only recommend being much clearer on entry to the site. It's probably easy for young people who drive technology to get in, suddenly seniors can't make it so easy. Example : Internal apartment access board.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

We had a wonderful stay at Gail's bungalow on Key Biscayne. The location is in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a lovely park. The unit is well-appointed and Gail has provided all of the essentials. Access to the beautiful beach nearby is a bonus!

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

We had an amazing stay! The views from every room are breathtaking. What could be better than waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean every day!? Aside from the incredible location, the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Svetlana’s place. We loved the easy parking and easy access to the beach. Many nearby restaurants and parks as well. Condo was clean, as described, and having beach chairs/umbrellas/toys was a huge help. Of note, we did have significant issues with the elevators during our stay, which seems to be a recurrent issue in this building based on posted notices. My husband and daughter actually got stuck in the elevator when it stopped working once. I was also unexpectedly on a knee scooter for this vacation due to a broken ankle, so we did not have the option to use stairs. I may consider a different location if mobility is a concerns.
