The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, providing thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. The location was ideal—peaceful, yet close enough to explore the best of Mudgee, including amazing wineries, local attractions, and cozy cafes. Whether it was relaxing on the porch with a glass of wine or enjoying the comfortable interiors, every second spent here was a delight. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. We had a wonderful stay at Claudine and Alan’s cottage. The place was incredibly charming, private and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. It was well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make it feel like a home away from home. The best part was that it was pet-friendly, which made it even more special for us and our dogs. Claudine was friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. Directions to the cottage were clear and easy to follow, so we had no trouble finding the place. The surrounding farm added a lovely touch, especially with the adorable miniature ponies that we could watch and feed from the property – they were definitely a highlight! Overall, it was a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway to Mudgee, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, pet-friendly retreat.

Gulgong was a great place to visit and this accommodation was walking distance from everything we needed including an IGA, wine bar, cafes and pubs - while still being quiet and peaceful. The place itself was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Loyd and Bec were super responsive up to and during our stay.
