Gert's place was absolutely wonderful! Gert has hand-built a beautiful cabin, complete with everything you could want for a peaceful, relaxing holiday away from the chaos and noise of everyday life. Whether you're seeking a romantic weekend or a bit of down time to recharge, the serenity, charm, and exceptional amenities of this cabin can't be beat!

- Warm people and would like to have a good time. - They are available for questions and/or ambiguities and also make you feel like you can use it. - On short notice, you can prepare the cottage and hot tub for our stay. - Grounds were very well maintained. In short; we had a great time and enjoyed the peace, nature, surroundings and accommodation.

We stayed there for 2 nights and felt very comfortable. In the area we hiked and booked the hot tub and sauna on site. On Friday evening we participated in the hygge evening with stew, on Saturday we booked cheese fondue with a large selection of ingredients. The wooden house was cozy and we didn't lack anything.

We had a cozy time at Aaron's cabin. The sounds of the campsite immediately bring you into a holiday atmosphere. The cottage is located in a lane in a shady place. If the evening got too fresh, we lit the fire under the hot tub and warmed up there. Don't expect luxury, but definitely a cozy stay in a beautiful green area. De Vecht and a beautiful forest lake for swimming are nearby. We also went to Germany for an afternoon. Aaron is warm and ready immediately if you have a question.

Very good stay in Robbert's cottage, the place and quiet and peaceful as well as the neighborhood, the garden is private and it feels like home. The cottage is functional and well-equipped we did not lack anything (it might be missing an internet connection). Plenty of shops, activities, and restaurants nearby. The natural park is only a few minutes walk away. It takes about 1h10 to get to the city center of Amsterdam which was very convenient. Robbert responds quickly and checked in with us when we arrived.

This is so worth the stay. Klaas is a wonderful host, and the value for money is unmatched. I will be back!

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful house in February. The jacuzzi was lovely and the house is spacious and equipped with every comfort. Dorieke was helpful with all questions and very easy to reach.

Chalet Skarven has everything you need! A nice bed with down blanket, extensive cooking utensils, a smart TV with Netflix... also the fenced garden was very nice with the dogs. Wake up to the whistling of birds, from the chalet you can walk into a nature reserve! What more could a person want;)

We had a wonderful few days in the woods. What a great cottage in a beautiful location. We had not read the instructions properly, so we needed help from the owner. He was quick to respond, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Really what hospitality should be like. We felt welcome. Everything was ample in the cottage, so we could cook well and play relaxing games. What we especially want to mention is that the beds and the duvets were lovely. We've slept like roses. The area is wonderful and there is plenty to do too. So not a moment bored. We were really on vacation for 4 days. I can recommend this cottage to everyone.

The cottage exceeded expectations; everything is thought of, it was neat & clean and the cozy appearance made us feel right at ease! Also the nice communication, useful instructions about the arrival and fun tips to explore the area make this stay definitely worth a (relaxing) visit!

Very nice location and nice introduction, it is a neat modern house with everything we needed. Being able to play with our dog in the fenced garden. Beautiful cycling routes in the surrounding area.

Els is incredibly hospitable (just sks her dog) and her log cabin is great. Anything you need is there, despite the limited area. A good bed, a nice shower, an oven and microwave to prepare /warm up food and a great terrace where I enjoyed the sun. For the first morning there is a great breakfast for you in the fridge. You have a lot of privacy and it's lovely and quiet. I also walked right into the woods where I took very nice walks. And as a cherry on top, I was allowed to stay in the log cabin for as long as I wanted the day of departure because there were no other guests coming. All in all had a great stay and I will definitely be back.

What a lovely house. You will already feel welcome when you enter. Coffee, tea, something tasty, what a surprise! If you are looking for a house because you like to go biking and/or hiking, look no further. Beautiful nature nearby, actually you are already in it. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. Stayed for one week at Huuske Woeste Wolden. Beautifully located cottage at the end of a cul-de-sac (private) road. Got clear information in advance about how to get in and some facts about the cottage. Cottage itself is neat and fully furnished with a kitchen with everything you need in it. The garden around the cottage is nice and large. Nice place to stay.

We had a really excellent stay in this cottage. Beautiful surroundings nearby for walks, cycling, and mountain biking. Very well furnitured as well, and thanks for preparing many small items already!

My friend and i, we had great stay even if it was fairly short. The place looked like in the pictures, accept that we visited in winter, so things where looking a little less friendly. Not Yvette's fault though. The location is very quiet and peaceful and it's a nice walk around the lake plus the city is still fairly close. The place is quite easy to find, its just a bit tricky when you arrive like we did in the dark. Yvette is a very kind and friendly host, she always offered help and responds fast. She even took the time to personally greet us and to say good bye. Just one thing. If you book the place in winter, be prepared that it can be quite fresh inside. But there was even a blanket prepared already. My friend and i took the bed sheets though since we didn't want to cuddle. But all is managable and it doesnt deminish the places comfort. Oh and the entrance door does need a little tough love to open and close. Still we would recommend the place and gladly like to visit again.

If you are looking for a nice area, large terrace, beautiful view of a pond and a great stay then you should definitely book this. Very welcoming and within cycling distance from the center of Zutphen.

Nicely decorated clean and fresh smelling cottage on the edge of a forest. Nice beds and lovely shower. Cottage has all the comforts. Had a wonderful weekend. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend to stay here if you will be in Arnhem or the Netherlands! Annemiek and her husband were very welcoming, and good hosts! Totally worth it and would come back in the future.

We stayed in the cottage with two adults and our 6-year-old son. The house was located on private property and completely private. It was tastefully and cozily furnished. After a day in Zutphen, or a walk in nature, the fireplace is wonderful. The beds slept wonderfully, the nature was beautiful and the cottage very comfortable! Top place to relax and unwind with a book by the fireplace.

super cozy & beautiful house. We had 2 really nice weeks there as a family. Everything very calm and relaxed, perfect for unwinding and slowing down. The pool within the complex was perfect for the child. Cycle with empty swimming beaches is only 20 minutes away. Arlien was always available as a host and very friendly. Very detailed instructions for arrival/departure!

Caren's house captivates with its exceptional furnishings. No matter where you look, there are small artwork or curiosities to discover everywhere. We particularly enjoyed the covered terrace, which we used permanently. The cozy sofa was also very popular for watching the Olympics. In August, the heath also blooms, which has invited you to long walks in about 15 minutes on foot. All in all, we were very comfortable here.
