In our Homestay you can recharge and unwind in a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the spacious luxury studios (see also adv. studio Grutto). Studio Gierzwaluw has a box spring, seating, workspace, kitchenette, private bathroom. In the sunny garden there are terraces and a covered bicycle shed. Located in a picturesque rural village, surrounded by beautiful forests and lakes, you can enjoy the versatile nature and in addition the lively center with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 persons and 2x 1 person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) on the hall upstairs. We would like to know if you would like to use a sheet package (bed linen & towels). Surcharge is €10,00 p.p. The ideal place for relaxing and unwinding as a couple or family, for example. We have owned the chalet since 2023 and have decorated it in such a way that it is an ultimate oasis of peace for us. We therefore like to stay there ourselves, but also want to open it up to others so that more people can enjoy this beautiful place.
