Cottage vacation rentals in Tuscan Archipelago

We had two wonderful weeks in this little house in Tuscany, surrounded by greenery. The house is very nice and perfectly equipped. Marcella, the owner, was always easily accessible and very friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

2 Nights of Dreams! We were greeted by Niccolò, perfect in everything, he gave us many tips on both places to see and where to go to eat, we followed them all and we stayed with God! The very nice cottage, has everything you need even for longer stays, the view is wonderful ,and the hot tub is a treat , both day and night . They welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine and red petals, which was not at all obvious, everything was perfect , thank you very much Natasha and Niccolò 😊

The atmosphere of Casale Acquaviva is really special, among kittens, quiet and pool...we had a great time :)

What a wonderful find! It broke our hearts that we only had two nights booked, and then that got cut short due to weather in Elba where we came from. We HAVE to come back. A gorgeous setting, comfortable accommodations, and a hot tub to die for! And Caterina is one of the best hosts we’ve come across - so helpful. We look forward to seeing you again!

Fabio's house, a very kind host, we had a really pleasant and relaxing stay. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and equipped with everything you need and also much more: upon arrival Fabio made us find everything we needed for the first dinner and breakfast, in addition to the very welcome gift of two bottles of wine. Very nice to dine in the small garden. Beautiful and quiet countryside that surrounds the complex, a farm divided into several apartments. Sterpaia Park, with fabulous sea and beautiful pine forest, is also easily reached with the bikes provided by Fabio. Very positive review, absolutely recommended

Federico, Clara's son welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us very well,he was always available by phone and was always available for questions. He speaks very good English, communication was very straightforward. We felt very comfortable from the beginning, the Tuscan country house is very idyllic and in absolute privacy. The nearest small town (Chiusdino) can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, where there is typical Italian flair without tourist crowds - just great, with exceptional views over the entire area and many small alleys with that special something. We arrived with 2 children and 3 dogs, the large property is completely fenced and a little paradise for everyone. Particularly beautiful is the exceptionally large pool, which was cleaned every 3 days after prior registration. We had a wonderful vacation and would be happy to come back:) We recommend the accommodation for nature lovers+peace seekers

The four of us were allowed to spend very nice days with a dog in this cozy house with the wonderful garden. Paolo and Lidia are very nice and accommodating hosts. We got a lot of good information about the garden and the surrounding area. Thanks again for this. There is a lot to discover in the area (beaches, lake, beautiful villages...). But we also spent very nice hours in the garden and at the pretty pool. Very relaxing!

We had wonderful days in Zanca. The location and views are unique. The apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped. The sea view terrace invites you to relax and is nestled in a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden. Hikes are possible right from the front door and also St. Andrea is a really charming place. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend a stay with Maria Luisa and her husband.

The house is very clean and simple but conveniently furnished. The access leads the last kilometer over a natural road, which is also easily accessible without an SUV. To mention is the absolute tranquility and the many forest paths, which can be used perfectly for jogging, hiking or mountain biking. The highlight, however, is the pool, which was exclusively available to us. The sea and various beaches (sand or stone) can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Margeritha is always available if there are any issues or questions and helps quickly and unbureaucratically. (Broken washing machine was replaced within a few hours) All in all, an absolutely positive experience

We spent a night in the guest house with two dogs and had a great time! Place located in the middle of the Tuscan countryside where peace and tranquility reign. We'll definitely be back to spend a few more days.

We really enjoyed a peaceful week in a beautiful little house in the middle of an olive grove. Alessandro was an excellent host, always very responsive and helpful with suggestions and recommendations and even waited patiently for us when we were delayed (and it was his birthday!). If you want peace, quiet and privacy then this place is for you! Tatti is just up the hill and is well worth a visit - beautiful!

We had a very nice week in David's house The house is very lovingly decorated, we felt very much at home. The layout of the house into two separately accessible apartments was ideal for our purposes. Above all, we enjoyed the evenings on the terrace very much and were enthusiastic observers of the many geckos, who always came to light on the house wall. The house is in a quiet drawer surrounded by the typical vegetation that Elba has to offer. The view from the house offers a beautiful sea view and the beach is not far away. David and his wife were very nice, quickly accessible, and check in/out was straightforward. Thank you for the stay, for the wonderful time and would come back any time.

We spent two and a half wonderful weeks in this holiday home. Both Andrea from Be Home Services and in particular the owners Nara and Nino welcomed us warmly and were always available for questions and very helpful. We liked the secluded location of the house very much - you have a stunning panoramic view and it is largely very quiet despite the neighbors. It should be known that the nearby Villa Ulignano is used as a wedding location. On two weekends, there was live music until the early hours of the morning, which was clearly audible, but did not bother us excessively. It is worth mentioning that the lower floor shown on the exterior shots of the house cannot be used, but serves as a storage room for the owners. The drive to the house is - as already described here - quite adventurous and leads a few kilometers over unpaved, partly steep paths. If you drive slowly, this is easy to cope with.

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Stefania’s house. The house is centrally located and it’s equipped with everything you need. The house is clean and Stefania is very welcoming. Highly recommended

Sabrina has made a little paradise here! The cottage is very tastefully and lovingly decorated and there is everything you need. The complex in and of itself is wonderfully embedded in the landscape with a typical flora and fauna as well as a wonderful view! The infinity pool with its soft water is unique! Sabrina is a very gracious host - always available - with good tips for the region - but not intrusive at all! We enjoyed the time very much and will be back!

Simply wonderful! Maria Luisa has provided the Cottage with any comfort of a daily routine, respecting the rustic, warm, cozy style of the house, in close contact with nature, which gives a true sense of home. The lovely main environment with fireplace, table, sofa (TV). Super equipped kitchen: 4 burners, microwave, electric mocha, kettle, washing machine, etc..., ceiling fan, sensitive and intelligent lighting, spacious and cool bedroom, double bed, single bed, all very comfortable, bathroom with spacious shower, mosquito nets on all windows. There are 3-4 other holiday houses around, but the other guests barely see or hear them. In the wonderful private garden in the back you can immerse yourself in a view of the valley and feel truly part of the natural kingdom! Sip coffee at sunrise, watch the starry sky at night, and for those who also like to rest at home, there are deck chairs and picnic table +umbrella.
