A very cozy place surrounded by snow clad mountains. Great views all around. Though, I had a short stay, I’m glad I chose George’s place. Would definitely like to come back again.

The apartment is very warm and cozy - fully complies with the images. The location is perfect - the ski lift is near the entrance. Also, there are a lot of different restaurants and ski rents. The only disadvantage is the noize from the bars on the ground floor when you're trying to sleep, but I guess, it's common problem in this area. Anyway, the place is perfect and we will return here on our next trip. The host is very friendly, we were late for one day - the road from Tbilisi to Gudauri was closed because of heavy snow. Johan refunded the skipped day price for us, even when we didn't ask for that. The local host Nugzar was also very friendly - he immediately answered all of our questions and helped with occurring issues. I would highly recommend visiting the Johan's place!

Cozy apartment that warmed us in the small town of Stepanzminda in October.The room is very well equipped with a variety of cookware.The host is enthusiastic and professional.The location is easy to find and parking.Even though it was only for one night, it left us a very good impression.

I should say this is one of the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in! It is a definitely a lifetime experience! I really recommend u choose this place! Niko is also very helpful on everything!

Ani place is the best option to fully appreciate kasbegi mountains . the place is spacious and clean, with all you need to make yourself at home. mightily recommend
