Monthly Rentals in Troon

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay. The home was very clean and super comfortable. The amenities were great - kitchen was fully stocked with all your need to cook during your stay. Comfortable beds, a spacious layout, beautiful view, close to many wonderful restaurants and walking distance to pinnacle peak! Would definitely recommend to family and friends when they visit. I was looking for a quiet place with scenery and minimal hassle. It was perfect. Clean, efficient, everything I needed. I was in the desert and still only a short drive to North Scottsdale. Host was very accessible and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory.

We had a wonderful month long stay at Brandon's home. The home was spacious and comfortable with almost everything needed for an extended stay. Only thing we'd suggest is better cookware as some of the non stick cookware was peeling off. Outdoor space is beautiful with a pool as the focal point. The views from every room especially the master bedroom is spectacular. We loved watching sunrise/sunset every day. The neighborhood is gated and is serene. We loved taking morning walks around the neighborhood. There are few restaurants nearby but most places we wanted to go to were anywhere from 20-40 minute drive. We didn't mind as we loved the peace and quiet of Troon North area. Looking forward to staying here again soon.

My husband and I recently stayed at “Casita Bonita” in Scottsdale, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The hosts were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. The property itself was immaculate and clearly well-maintained, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Although the infinity pool was closed during our visit (being winter), it still offered a stunning view that added to the charm of the property. The hot tub, however, was a true highlight—it was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind together after a busy day. What stood out most was how quiet and private the property felt. It was such a welcome escape from the usual hustle and bustle of hotels or larger vacation properties. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with thoughtful hosts and top-notch amenities, we can’t recommend “Casita Bonita” enough!
