The pictures and the description are accurate. The house has everything you need. The host is very friendly. We had a great time!

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We enjoyed the house and the property with proximity to the beach very much. The house is beautifully decorated, offered enough space for our two families and had everything we needed. The terraces invited us to linger and eat together, the garden was great for the kids. We even saw a few praying mantises and geckos :) The surroundings were very quiet at the time of year outside the season, which is good for switching off. For restaurants and supermarkets, we drove to the next major town of Nikiti. There are many very nice beaches and boat rentals nearby to explore the inaccessible bays and islands. We enjoyed the vacation very much all around. This was also due to the accommodation and hospitality of Ioannis.

We had an exceptionally nice time at this great place! The house is located right on the beach, so the children could play there without danger and the garden that surrounds the house was very nice (old olive trees, pine trees and even one or two turtles were spotted). The house is very bright and tastefully decorated and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the front terrace (great place for a coffee in the morning sun). Since we were there in October, we didn't need the shade that is there during the day, but in summer this is definitely great! The area is very quiet, which was very relaxing for us. However, a rental car is indispensable. We were on the go a lot, because the beaches of Sithonia are incredibly beautiful, we didn't expect that... Thanks to Suzanna and Dafne, we had a fantastic vacation!
