Karen was very easy to communicate with thru messages. Her home was pristine and uncluttered. Great directions to the home in a quiet neighborhood close to things in Tontitown and just a few minutes away to Springdale or Fayetteville

Christy was a pleasure to rent from. She was flexible and communicated very promptly and clearly. The house was extremely well stocked with everything we needed for our family of four + our small dog. Great location in town close to everything and private since the house is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by nature.

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

Quirky & affordable spot for one night, conveniently located for my workday throughout Fayetteville & Bentonville. The space was much larger than I expected, with fun artistic decor. I messaged Jason privately after check out to give some feedback & he was quick to respond & remedy. I’d stay again!
