The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

The place looks like in the pictures. It's in a quiet area and it was quiet inside the apartment as well, no noisy neighbors. Matteo was very helpful and answered quickly to all my questions. Also left for us some wine and croissants, which was very nice. I recommend the place, money-value it's worth it, if you are open to walk a bit to the city center as it's not super close, for us it was ok. Thank you 😊

Our experience at this home in Pietrasanta was really enjoyable even if for just one night! The owner is extremely welcoming and helpful. The house is perfect for those who want to visit the Viareggio Carnival and the surroundings of Pietrasanta, being in a convenient and well-connected location (train station 3 minutes by car and with ample free parking) . In addition, the place is taken care of in every detail, with an eclectic decor that mixes different styles in a harmonious way. Each room is well maintained and makes the house really charming. Coffee machine is available, with a few courtesy capsules + various teas and herbal teas! Highly recommended! "

Alessio's place was recently remodeled. Everything was new, clean, fresh and comfortable. Lots of room. Just a 20 minute or so walk into the center of town. Watch the entire video instructions on how to get into the parking and house before you arrive and everything will be easy. Great place to stay for visiting Lucca.

Very nice place, well-kept and clean. Very welcoming and kind owners. My little dog was welcomed and pampered, the owner always took care to check on him and let me know that everything was in order when he stayed at home. Highly recommended place

Easy to access home, also thanks to the precise directions received from Sara. Quiet area. Well-kept and clean rooms, actually everything is almost new. The street where the house is located is one-way and does not have private indoor parking. So to leave the car parked you have to have a little luck to find parking nearby. This is perhaps the only unfavorable point, but it can still be solved by taking "4 more steps." Recommended.

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. To find the accommodation, a big thank you to Samanta for these instructions because the accommodation is located in small pedestrian streets that are quite similar, in a beautiful and authentic village. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and clean. Samanta was attentive and very nice in the various exchanges we had. If you are looking for a nice house in the heart of the mountains while still being close to the city and the beaches, go for it. I would highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super comfortable apartment, just outside of Lucca (about a 15 minute walk to get inside the city). Clean, large space, great communication from hosts, and super easy check-in/check-out. Oh, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever come across in an Airbnb!

We have a family of 6 with 4 daughters. We were nervous about our first trip to Rome but this is the perfect place to stay for a family. We walked to all the attractions in Rome like the pantheon, the Vatican, the collesseum, and many basilicas. Perfect location and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect apartment and very clean! Super welcoming hotel that provides us with plenty of information about the city, activities and restaurants. The apartment is within walking distance of the train station (10 min) and airport (20 min) and the center (20 min). Good pizzeria right across if needed.

Brand new building and apartment that is decorated beautifully. It is also very spacious. We had a car and we were able to park it in the lot at the building. The area and building are very quiet. The home has many amenities so you can make coffee/tea, cook a meal, wash clothes or relax and watch tv. If you are visiting the Pisa area, I recommend staying here. Wonderful place and superb host.

Our ten days in Lucca was really enjoyable made even more so with the help and advice provided by Riccardo. His apartment was clean and has all the equipment and facilities you need for an easy holiday. The location is quiet and private, but in a lively part of Lucca. Many local shops for all your needs. Highly recommended.
