Monthly Rentals in Tipp City

This is my third extension to my stay and I have continued enjoying living here while looking for a more permanent home. Kate is a great host, the location can't be beat, and I love the charm of the space and neighborhood!

Christina was very flexible when I changed my arrival time more than once. I got a little confused by my phone's map and she and her husband when I arrived in the dark later than desirable on a Sunday night. The room is spacious, cheerful, comfortable and functional. I highly recommend it.

A perfect cozy getaway spot for a weekend with the wife and our two doggos! Everything was squeaky clean and organized, and it felt like home right away. The surrounding area was super nice, and there would have been plenty to explore if it weren’t for a city-wide unexpected water main break followed by a snowstorm. Shari was extremely accommodating, providing drinking water and a little extra time after checkout to get out of the snow safely. She even offered us some breakfast foods in case we needed to wait out the storm longer. Fortunately we were able to get out and adventure around Tipp City and Dayton, which were close by and had some fun date options. We would definitely love to go back when we get some nicer weather!!

Perfect 9 day stay for visiting friends in town. Kaysee thought of everything to make you feel at home. She even made sure there was a regular coffee maker since we are not Keurig fans. Bathroom was equipped with toiletries and even toothbrushes and toothpaste. Nice bath towels and lots of TP. Beds were super comfortable and extra warm blankets great for chilly OH winters. Location is perfect, Kroger a minute drive away and downtown is even walkable! We would definitely book this again!
