Our stay at Sun Sand Sea-esta was fantastic. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff ready to welcome us & explain how to operate the equipment & where everything was located. The property is beautifully organized with a stunning sea view, located right in front of the beach. We loved relaxing on the long balcony and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities. Our host, Priyanka, was exceptionally proactive, providing detailed instructions, tips, & necessary contacts for drivers and cooks well in advance. Her efforts made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As a family, we had a wonderful time over the two nights we stayed. The accommodation catered perfectly to all our needs. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Priyanka for being a gracious and attentive host. Her dedication to ensuring her guests have everything they need made our stay memorable. We highly recommend Sun Sand Sea-esta for a beautiful and relaxing beachside getaway.

We had enjoyed the staying @ home. Apartment and rooms are very clean and very supportive from Rajeshwari. Apartment is in middle of the city, all facility available near apartment.

Vinita and her staff was really helpful in helping us check in and making us comfortable. The house is well maintained. The view is beautiful. You can see the beach from the balcony and is very close to the surfing schools so if you’re going surfing, this is a great place to stay

Beautiful clean house. We were 2 families (4 adults and 2 kids - 1 year old and 4 year old). It was essential for us to at least cook meals for the kids. So glad to have an almost functional and clean kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were kept clean and must say the balcony view was amazing! The beach is just 200 meters away for the apartment and it is almost like a private beach (just a handful of people and a clean beach). Sandeep’s (host) assistance was great, was really proactive with all our needs!

it's my second stay, superb location outside city with lushgreen surroundings, kitchen, parking and rooms were excellent, host was super friendly, groceries and other daily essentials available nearby

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.
