Monthly Rentals in Third Creek

The studio was simple, clean, and in a good location. A bit dark during the day because it faces north but good for sleeping. Leo and Kathy were communicative and helpful. Good for a basic trip. The cleaning charge was higher than one night of rent which is my only concern, but it's Tahoe so everything is more expensive.

Nice place and close to Lake Tahoe attractions

The space was great. Very good location for Diamond Peak and easy to get to the rest of Incline Village/explore Tahoe. We worked remotely for two months and had no issues with the WiFi/finding a spot to work. The host, Marianne, was very attentive and even bought new pots/pans, bowls, etc. at the beginning of our stay. Overall, the place was great. One thing to mention that was a bummer is there's a construction lot below the property. We experienced construction 6-7 days/week for the entire two month stay from 7am until 4/4:30pm. It appears to be a pretty permanent construction site where items are being built there and then taken away. If you're planning to work remotely, just wanted to give a heads up.. We had to keep the windows closed everyday because it was too loud outside to be on virtual meetings with them open. Aside from that, highly recommend this spot!

Lloyd’s place is such a great find. It’s got everything one needs for a home away from home. The kitchen is very well appointed; the bedroom is nice and cozy, and the living room has everything to make you feel right at home. There’s a cart by the front door that makes it easy moving things from the car to the condo. The location is perfect for lake walks or skiing. And Lloyd is very responsive to my requests. We would definitely come back again!
