Monthly Rentals in The Solent

Really happy with our start at Bens place. We needed a base for a weekend music festival in Southsea. This is right next to the Gosport ferry, with shops and places to get late night food. Apartment had everything we needed to sleep and refuel after each day of the festival. Like the digital locks. Means we can’t lose the key. Everything was clean and tidy. Linen provided. Thanks Ben. Would stay there again, maybe for next years festival.

Small and cosy but had everything needed for short break lovely garden to sit out in , friendly home owners.

A very delicate place perfect for a short break. It is at walking distance to the beach, and the whole community is really peaceful and quiet. The room has everything that I needed, from hair dryer to umbrella. The snacks in the fridge were surprising. The hot water for showering is really chilling. Also, Samantha the manager was really helpful, warm, and supportive. Overall, this is an experience beyond my expectation. Definitely will recommend it to others who want to travel to Portsmouth

I stayed here when I was working away for one week. The amenities were excellent and the location was perfect. The host was super responsive when one small issue arose. Would happily stay here again!
