Monthly Rentals in Tha Sala Sub-district

Choosing Nina’s house to could be the best choice i made during this trip. This pretty yellow house is even nicer and more spacious than in the pictures. The house is 20mins driving to Old Town but I do recommend take a walk in the near area. It has amazing restaurants and market that offers everything you need. As a clean freak, I just feel like staying in my own house because Nina keeps every corner tidy and clean. Also all daily necessities are available here. In the morning I will ride to the nearby place for all kinds of delicious food, and enjoy them back in the house while watching Netflix- Pure bliss!That's why it's such a pity I can’t stay any longer, but I won’t hesitate to book it again for the next Chiang Mai trip!

We were three adults and two kids who needed a place to stay. Rose's house was perfect. It was spacious and quiet and had 24 hour guard at the entrance. The house was clean and tidy and had modern interior. Rose was quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommended!

I stayed comfortably for a month. The house was clean, and there was no inconvenience in the kitchen to cook food.And it was really nice that you replaced the bedding once a week and provided a cleaning service. If you say you're uncomfortable, you corrected it right away. Thank you.
