Unit was very clean and well supplied. Very peaceful location and centrally located in the lower valley.

Very great unit. The location was good, always parking either in street or garage area. The unit itself was clean and a good size. The host was super helpful to any problem. Definitely would recommend if you’re needing something in the area.

Kayla was a great host and the space was perfect for a couple getaway. The space was right on the water with plenty of private place. Will consider booking again in the future.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Getting to the apartment was really easy, Lance quickly answered any questions I had and was very friendly! Upon coming into the apartment it was clean and everything looked like the pictures! It felt cozy and like a home away from home! I would definitely book again the next time I’m in San Antonio!!

Nice and pretty spacious home. It's an ideal place for people traveling with family who need extra bedrooms, want to do things in the neighborhood and come back to a peaceful retreat.

Claudia's place was a perfect home away from home. Our company was in town to do some work and Claudia's place was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, a ton of parking (including a lot across the street), and a beautifully renovated and clean space. Claudia was flexible with our dates and responsive to any and all questions we had!

My girlfriend and I are nomads so we’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to Airbnbs. Our host Marianne did not let down. We stayed at her house for a month to explore SA and most of the fun was within walking distance. We never felt unsafe. As for the house, you can easily tell how much time, thought, and effort Marianne put in to designing a great experience for her guests. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this stay to anyone. Strengths: The backyard was very dog friendly. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking / long term stays. We stayed 1 month. The furniture, including the bed, were all comfy. We felt at home. Note: Consider the nearby railroad. We’d recommend bringing your favorite white noise machine for the night. Weaknesses: None

Amazing location and beautifully furnished. For a Moms Getaway it was perfect - quiet, lots of hiking/walking opportunities, and amenities were on point. The host also paid great attention to detail to the inside furnishings and decor, and everyone felt at home right from the start. Highly, highly recommend!

Evans place is just as described. Evan worked with us getting an earlier check in time.The place was spotless upon checking in. Checking in with the lockbox by the door was extremely simple. One of the rooms doesnt have a lock which wasnt a problem at all; my guests and I respect each others privacy. The ceiling fan closest to the front door we could not figure how to turn on but it wasnt an issue. The only issue we ran into was the trash can outside designated to us was full upon arrival but that was not Evan's fault. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Whitecap Beach, it was a very short drive to there. All in all, the condo was clean and like pictured and we would gladly stay again!

This place was clean, beautifully decorated with coastal decor, and well stocked with anything you might need. The hot tub, pool area, and fitness room was nice too. An easy walk to the beach, or you can drive. Suzanne was quickly responsive to any of our texts. Nice place!

we spent the month of January at the condo. everything was perfect. extremely clean, well stocked, and close to restaurants and bars. neighbour's are very friendly and so is scotty to dog. hope to do it again next year

The location was beautiful. It’s a little out of the way for most things but it was great nonetheless and only a short drive to rockport beach. It was very clean. The floors were spotless and it smelled great. We also greatly appreciated the ice in the freezer, the provided dishes, and the smart TV. We would absolutely stay again! Amy was super kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Stanley’s place! We booked last minute in SPI after changing plans for Florida due to hurricane Milton and were lucky to snag this great condo. My biggest priorities were a great view, a short walk to the beach, and a heated pool and this place met all three. The view is awesome from inside the condo (both the primary bedroom and living room have ocean views) and even better from the comfy furniture on the porch. There are tons of beach towels, a beach chair (only one though), lots of beach toys, and even a few floaties for the pool. The kitchen is really well stocked and even had stainless steel tumblers and wine glasses perfect for the pool/beach. There were thoughtful touches like a welcome basket with a few snacks & drinks, soap at every sink, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. The gated Sadia complex was nice, if a bit older, and seemed well taken care of. The pools & hot tubs were clean and warm. Overall a great stay!
