Absolutely loved my stay at Catherine's apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, very much love the Germantown area. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a short ride or nice walk to Broadway and all the action. The apartment was beautiful and very peaceful - loved the private deck. Catherine is an excellent and very responsive host and I will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend as someone who comes to Nashville quite often.

I'm comfortable recommending this to anyone as long as you realize it's pretty far from everything. I also mentioned needing a late checkout, but that seemed to be a hard boundary. Otherwise it had everything we needed and then some. It was quiet, clean, private, and comfortable.

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

The house was just as it was pictured. Very spacious, not cluttered. Very nice to have a sheltered carport to park under. There are many restaurants nearby with affordable prices and quality food. We ordered online picked it up and ate family style at home. We have family in Knoxville who has an apartment to small to accommodate when we visit. I will be checking availability for the Suburban Island when we plan our visits. Traffic was less congested in this area. Getting into Knoxville was quick and easy. The overall feeling was comfortable and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable with clean linens. Pillows were comfortable as well.

Great location in Nashville. Easy to walk or drive anywhere. Home was clean and just as advertised. Highly recommend.

This was a VERY short notice stay (1 day). Fran was very responsive, friendly and helpful. House was charming and comfy.. Nice neighborhood, easy walk to downtown Lynchburg. Hope to return next year.

Great place! Beautiful private lot in the country. Very clean! Nicely decorated and well stocked. Nice amenities such as the porches, fire pit, and lots of parking area. Felt very welcomed with her note, candy and holiday decorations. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this location. Right on the Greenway, and we actually ventured off a little bit and ended up walking around the adorable Germantown streets. The scooters outside the complex to rent are so fun to take down to Broadway- maybe a 10-15 ride. Love being close enough to easily get down there, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet on the river.

Excellent stay. If we come back to Nashville, we will likely book this same place! Quiet location with a river view — yet close to everything, what’s not walkable is cheap few minute Uber ride away.

Kimberly's place was conveniently located, even though it was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway. She was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated us checking out late...that was a life saver really!!! Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your home!
