We love the stay! My Finance and I stayed during the Snow day, and it was amazing; although the fireplaces didn't work, everything else was top-notch. We really enjoyed the scenery and quiet location! The owner and host were so friendly and communicated with us well. They tried their best to help with the fireplace and gifted us a complimentary bottle of wine on the house! We would definitely stay here again! I recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway!

Sharon was so sweet and easy getting us set up last minute. The location is terrific. The space felt roomy and amenities were plentiful for an overnight stop-in to Nashville. I could see why anyone would want to stay here for a cozy escape that’s right next to all the sights downtown.

Ania's place was excellent for us for a quick stay enroute to our final destination to Nashville and a quick stop at the Space museum. We have stayed in some AirBnBs that were missing this or that convenience but Ania's place, as cozy as it was, seemed to have everything, which was really nice and convenient for us. We would highly recommend her place if you can get it. The apartment is in a quiet spot but it is just off busy highways and doesn't seem to be close to much although we found an excellent Mexican restaurant not far from the apartment so there is good food nearby. In summary it is an excellent option if you want something homier than some bland, chain hotel and you aren't too picky about the location. It is also possible there are interesting things nearby that I was not aware of bc we were essentially just passing through.

This is my third time staying at Bonnie’s and every time has been great. She makes sure you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay! Beautiful decor and a cozy atmosphere!

We loved staying at the resort, what a great place and wonderful management!! Rooms are so clean and pool is superb! Food was excellent!!!

We were looking for a hotel close to University of Tennessee. With it being game weekend, the prices were insane. Allison's listing was a reasonable rate per night but a 20 minute drive away from the university so we didn't know if we're going to regret our decision on game day...but we didn't. The place was spacious enough for my son and I with a nice little kitchen/dining area and it was spotless. We had extra linens to use on the pullout couch with super comfy pillows. The hosts even left breakfast bars, oatmeal and coffee out to make our mornings easier. I messaged a couple times before arriving and my questions were answered quickly in a detailed manner and they even gave us restaurant recommendations with we appreciated! If my son winds up attending University of Tennessee next fall we will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! It was homey and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

We needed a place fairly close to Vanderbilt that would accept a 70 pound dog and this place fit the bill. Very clean (I gave four stars just because a few pieces of silverware didn't seem to be cleaned well - everything else was good), and the pictures represented the property well. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it has a surprisingly big fenced back yard, which was great for our dog! Comfy furniture and bed and our stay went smoothly. The hosts are great communicators and reached out proactively with helpful information. Aesthetically some different guests might want some updates (a fresh coat of paint in a few rooms maybe, and an update to the main bathroom) but we don't care much about that. Also, if you need a big kitchen, look elsewhere. But for us, this place was perfect. We'll be staying here again in a few weeks, on our way back through Nashville, and we're looking forward to it.

Fran was proactive and extremely easy to deal with, making this a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Great value for the price and location made it an easy walk to the downtown and distillery.

Great place! Beautiful private lot in the country. Very clean! Nicely decorated and well stocked. Nice amenities such as the porches, fire pit, and lots of parking area. Felt very welcomed with her note, candy and holiday decorations. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully restores church. The stained glass windows in the early morning are incredible. Very unique decor.

We had a wonderful stay at Marilyn’s house. Great neighborhood with awesome views. Our dogs enjoyed peaceful walks and making friends with the neighbors dog.

Beautiful apartment located close to downtown in a nice area. Listing was accurate and we loved our stay. Being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise was a hidden treat. We would definitely return! Thank you!

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this location. Right on the Greenway, and we actually ventured off a little bit and ended up walking around the adorable Germantown streets. The scooters outside the complex to rent are so fun to take down to Broadway- maybe a 10-15 ride. Love being close enough to easily get down there, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet on the river.

Excellent stay. If we come back to Nashville, we will likely book this same place! Quiet location with a river view — yet close to everything, what’s not walkable is cheap few minute Uber ride away.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place. Very clean and it had everything we needed. We loved having the pool access.

Rebecca’s place was just as described in the listing. The covered parking was an added bonus. We didn’t get to go when the pool was open but did check out the gym. The room seemed to be undergoing some sort of rehab and could have used mirrors but this is by no means a reflection of Rebecca or the condo. Great location on the Cumberland River that was convenient to everything Nashville had to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
