Condo vacation rentals in Tennessee River

This was a great apartment. The decor, pool, etc felt very Nashville. You can’t beat being right next to so many recording studios, and the building is close enough to walk to many entertainment options, but far enough away to still be peaceful when it’s time to relax. I recommend this apartment!

Oh my gosh, the decor was so much fun! It had everything we needed. Great communication, comfortable beds and the make up area was so cute. We will be back! Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at a Dollys Penthouse’s The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect! Dorinda was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and even provided some thoughtful local recommendations. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, and I felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot in Nashville!

Jessica and Tyler are fantastic hosts! The condo was beautiful and trendy. It was a very safe area, I loved the Gated parking lot. They offered lots of local suggestions, which we tried quite a few. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you!!

Marshall’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. Close to downtown Cookeville, but far enough out it was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and stocked and Marshall was very responsive. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place! The details are stunning. Beautifully decorated and the unit was very clean. Bed was comfortable and we rested well. We were walking distance to the Carson center, where we attended a fantastic concert. Great restaurant choices within walking distance. Great communication from the host and easy to check in. Our only issue was that there was no parking available on 3rd street when we checked in. We had to park a few blocks away in the public riverfront parking. It was quite a ways to carry our luggage. Would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious great place to stay, Amy’s place was very clean and had everything you needed. The location was perfect and nice that it was still about a mile from broadway to get away from the noise. Was a short Uber ride to anywhere you wanted to be. Also had some walkable places as well. Loved that it came with a parking spot as well. Great host will stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

My sister and her team enjoyed Pete’s place. We came for her Bday and there was plenty to do. The pictures seen were exactly how the residence looked. Pete was very fast with responding to my concerning questions when needed. Even though there is nothing Pete could do about parking because off street parking is available, it was just too tight. We had to crawl to the other side of our vehicles to get out but it was very humorous! I would definitely stay again.

Great location! Easy to get to Market Square and to Neyland. Guest count is limited to two people. Pets allowed. Safe, clean and amazing location with great parking options. We parked on the street out front for free all weekend minus a few blocks of time where you had to put money in the meter.

We had a wonderful time at Jennifer's place. Everything was as described and there were treats and drinks made available to us which added to the experience. We really enjoyed the phonograph and the eclectic record collection. We certainly would recommend this place to others.

My daughter and I had a superb stay at Bekah's condo. Bekah shared great info before check-in and offered really helpful suggestions for exploring Nashville, including the best ways to get around. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a great coffee selection on offer, just as the pictures showed in the listing. We cannot fault our stay and would recommend this property to others. Great place at a great price

The condo is just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is quiet. Although we didn't, you could easily walk to the Nashville hot spots! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

The perfect place to stay just outside the city with easy access to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Great hosts and very communicative!
