Monthly Rentals in Ten Mile Point

This house was perfect! Susan did Not miss one thing! She had everything there that you could possibly need. Susan answered all of my questions ahead of time. The house was absolutely spotless. All one floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room equipped with toys for kids, full kitchen, and a really nice back yard. We did not use the back yard as it is February and rained most of the time while we were there. We all felt comfortable and at home. It was a very relaxing trip! We did not hear any noise at all while we were there. I did not want to go home because where we live, there is always some type of noise. We love this location (third time we’ve stayed here) because of its easy access to the building and easy access to I95 and the suburbs. This spot isn’t meant for the beauty of center city Philly or meant for you to chill outside. It’s in Northeast Philly. But if you want to spend time split between downtown Philly and parts northern this is a great middle ground. Love the location and always responsive hosts.

I stayed here for 6 weeks during a clinical rotation and it was such a great place! Luis answers so quickly and provided extremely thorough instructions for everything from appliance directions to answering any questions I had. I was always able to find street parking for free right outside the place. The kitchen has every tool you could need, totally recommend this place.

A cozy place to stay, just off Roosevelt BLVD so easily accessible stores. 10/10 would recommend, it was clean and well organized.
