the place was great on the 3rd floor corner unit with a surround balcony a sea view on one side and marina view on the other side with a fantastic sunrise every morning, great spot for breakfast. it was the weekend of the dragon boat regatta witch was happening right in front of the apartment. the location is the best within walking distance to a dozent restaurants, grocery store, medical clinic everything you need. highly recommend it.

The cosy spacious apartment with spectacular view. Located in a peaceful area close to nature (you can oversee numerous birds and monkeys directly from the balcony). The apartment has everything for a comfortable life and even more. The pool in a condo is clean and mostly empty. The guards were friendly. There were no problems in a month.

Good place to stay, but furniture and TV a bit outdated

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Nice place, great view. Lots good food nearby, and a few little night markets with good food (one by the nearby Lotus). A bit far from Georgetown but a 20min Grab will get you there. If you want to stay a little out of the hustle and bustle this is a great choice. Also low traffic and open areas to run (good place to prep for Penang Bridge Marathon) if that's something you are looking for.

We had an amazing stay at Hoon’s place! The most important is we feel safe staying here. The apartment was spacious, and the bed was enough for 3 of us n comfy. WiFi is provides, which is a bonus. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

it is a great experience staying at Alvin's place. It is a heritage house, full with characters. my family and I also want an Airbnb which is bigger than a hotel room and has privacy. This place exceeded our expectations. The place is easy to find, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby(Alvin also gives good recommendations!) Alvin is a very accommodating and proactive host. I would love to come back to stay with Alvin again! lastly, Penang is amazing 😍

Yes, the sound of praying at 5am can be heard in the room.

The place is clean and have the basic items. Love how there is ventilation fan in the bathrooms to keep them dry. Host is responsive when I encountered issue with the washing machine.

Place had a great view of the Penang Bridge. Host is also quick to respond via WA to any quires we had plus sending items that were needed like extra hangers and towels etc. The furnishings are a little dated but still a comfortable enough stay. There is breakfast provided that you can also request to be sent to your apt. Queensbay Mall is also a 5mins+ car ride away which is nice. Checking in and out was easy - do note there is a deposit that you need to place which you can get back after checking out.

A nice place to stay. Accessible to local supermarket (walking distance!). Mamak right the opposite of the condo, near to town. Recommended

I stayed here for almost a month and I really liked the place. super easy to go the groceries on the basement floor and plenty of restaurants and gyms in the area. within walking distance of several malls and public transport right outside. only comment is the power outlets in the apartment aren't conveniently located but that's easy to work around

Was an amazing stay, and the host was really responsive and kind. Having a short stay away from Penang Island was a random idea we had and this place did not disappoint. 10/10 would recommend for couples ❤️

Host was responsive and clear around instructions to access the unit, which makes is easy for our arrival late in the day. The location was very convenient. The unit was clean and comfortable. Will stay again if visiting Penang!

Ms Lee and his hasband is great host. They are so friendly and so kindness, Her House is extremely lovely, cozy, quiet, good view and big. we was staying 3person but her house has more capacity. Close to conveni and supermarket, restaurant. Its incredible comfortable. She talked to me anything of my question and how to use her house. her hasband showed to us nice restaurant location and shops too. we ware so enjoyed with her great house. In the living room, There is TV that is available Youtube, so we ware enjoying. picked up us at airport as Special offer was also great. I hope to come back, and meet them again. Super highly recommended!
