Strait Garden Suites (Wyn) Pros Easy access to public transportation Stores and markets within walking distance Wyn is always available and quick to respond and very accommodating Wyn is quick to provide information on interesting tourist attractions and celebrations and food (even vegan and vegetarian options) Apartment was cozy and clean Well equipped gym Netflix Universal outlet extension cord provided Check in and check out very convenient Cons Things which would have made the stay slightly more comfortable: a coffee maker, stainless steel pots and pans (in addition to the non-stick cookware), wooden spoon and spatula, a convection oven Otherwise, a wonderful place to experience Penang.

I am a returnee to this property and once again had a wonderful experience. The staff here are incredibly helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. This time, I had a last-minute request, and they went the extra mile to accommodate it, which I truly appreciated. Their dedication to excellent service is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Overall is ok. Network is strong, my kids have fun to watch Netflix smoothly. Just there is some ants and airconds are not cold enuf, even I already adjusted both airconds to 21°C and 19°C for whole night. Maybe need to service. Swimming pool is nice. Can view penang bridge also.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edward's apartment. All the amenities were great, such as the wifi and TV. Having a functional kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves if we wanted to do so. The best feature is the balcony which oversees a stunning setting. Edward is a great host who communicated with us constantly. Nothing was an issue for him to sort out. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to visit and stay on Penang Island as the location is central to everything.

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

This was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The unit itself exceeded our expectations. It’s very clean and thoughtfully designed with the highest quality furnishings – from the luxurious full-grain leather sofa to the expansive smart TV. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including ample utensils, woks, and pans, making it perfect for preparing meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our adventures. The addition of a washing machine and dryer was a surprise to us, adding convenience and making our stay even more seamless. The location at By The Sea was ideal, just a short walking distance from the beach, offering breathtaking views. While there weren’t any traditional Malaysian-style coffee shops nearby, this was a minor trade-off for the tranquility and beauty of the area.

We are a group of 20 pax. The house is clean and spacious . We enjoyed our nights in this big villa. Swimming pool is clean . KTV is function well . Has plenty of games . We definitely will be back again . Suitable for big group gatherings .

We had a great time staying at Ryan’s place. He was a very responsive host who accommodated us with great flexibility. We thoroughly appreciated that. The place is very clean and well equipped. Nothing more I could have asked for. Parking was easy with good access. We also felt safe as the place was well guarded. I strongly recommend this place to others and happily return if opportunity arises.

The apartment is really big and like in the pictures, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, day area huge too, with nice balcony. The beach is close and the swimming pool is nice with a kids area. You can take grab to move around or the bus that is connected to George town. The electricity bill is to pay out of the price if you use air conditioning, but honestly there was no need, just keep the windows open. The only flaw is the smell in the house I imagine due to being close for a long time, would be nice a deep clean. Overall a good solution to stay in the peace out of the city!

I’m staying here for one night. The host is great, the house is clean, and there’s a covered parking space. It’s also conveniently located near the highway. However, during my stay, the house next door is undergoing renovations, which has been quite noisy. I’m not sure why the management would approve such renovations on weekends. (This is a Prima house btw) Anyway, overall is good 👍🏻 and thanks for the snacks.
