Villa vacation rentals in Tampa

Karie and Chris were fabulous hosts. Communication was extremely easy, and responses were prompt if ever we had a question. The property itself was perfect for travelling with two young kids, and three generations all in one house. All of the small details were covered for the kids including baby gates throughout the house for safety, and a variety of toys and books to keep them occupied. The adults also greatly enjoyed the stay, a beautiful house with ample room and amenities to vacation comfortably, and a spacious backyard with heated pool to kick back, relax and enjoy the sun. Thank you Karie, Chris, and Megan for a memorable vacation.

We had a great time here! We were pleased with how convenient the location was. The pool area is amazing, right on the water! Keith was great with all questions we had. Although it was a duplex set-up, we did not see the host at all. It felt completely private. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area. We will be back!

Loved everything about the place but expected at least a roll of paper towels. Important to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels along with soap for the shower. Perfect location to walk to town to eat at one of the great restaurants, close to Tarpon Springs ,where there is a beach and Greek Town and the backyard was awesome for our dog.We will be back! Cute, clean, and cozy - small but very well equipped and lots of storage. The bathroom was huge and the shower is amazing! The bed was super comfy! Two of us stayed for six days and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and was easy to navigate to the beach. Gulfport has some really cool bars and the Tuesday morning market was fun!

This was our second stay at this location. The location was close (10 minute drive) to easy beach access and all the local activities. It was so great to have the pool for the kids when we got home in the evenings. Such a great way to relax and finish the day with fun.

This was not a vacation for me. My condo was flooded and I needed a place not too far from where I lived. I was able to do all my normal daily activities.

We weren’t really sure what it would be like to stay in a triplex, but it turned out that the walls are extremely solid here, and we could not hear the neighboring properties at all. There is plenty of parking too! It was super easy to find. Just make sure if you DoorDash or Instacart anything that you make sure to put the correct apartment number on it otherwise it may get left on a different doorstep. Everything is clearly labeled and squeaky clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, even with a Keurig and coffee pods!

we booked this location for a work relat3d trip. everything was as expected and the environment was perfect for our purposes! Kainen is a flexible answer courteous host. highly recommended.

I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs, but this may be my favorite. The pool and backyard are peaceful and beautiful, it’s wonderful to grill out there. The kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked. The home itself is exactly as pictured and we loved it. Isabella was a great host and you’ll love the home!

Our extended family of (grand)parents, parents, (grand)children, and great-aunt and great-uncle spent a comfortable time making great memories. Great spaces, inside and outside, to share meals and activities. Recommend this lovely home.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cam’s place! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, minutes to our favorite beach, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful rooftop views, and the elevator was awesome for one of our group who has a bad knee. We would love to stay here again, especially during a warmer season.

Kelly's place was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, blankets, and linens. The pool was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay in this nice and quite neighborhood.

This was our first trip with our little one (6 months old) to visit Grandma for the holidays. Biljana made the whole trip so easy! The place is beautiful and had everything to make traveling with a baby easy including a crib, high chair & stroller. Biljana even provided a brand new baby bath when we arrived! The kitchen was so well equipped we actually hosted Christmas dinner. Biljana was so accommodating and responsive. The host event provided special touches to make it feel like a homey Christmas. We were so impressed. We will definitely stay again when visiting the grandparents:)

The place was nice. I think it was best suited for a family. However, if you’re looking for more of a night life it wasn’t too far from Tampa. There were also a lot of stores near the location for shopping. We had an issue with the dryer, they were fast with responding and sent someone out immediately. Overall it was a nice location and I enjoyed my stay.

For a small family with young kids this is the perfect place. A bonus is the yard for kids to play and the heated pool. My 8 year old granddaughter had a fun time! A bonus was visiting with Adina and her family. An extra bonus were the cookies & cheesecake. The bed was comfortable and the fold out bed was perfect for my granddaughter. The wood floors and beams added to the quaint ambience. The location is easy to get to and close to many attractions in Tampa. Definitely choose this place if you want a quiet private getaway during your vacation.

Beautiful and fun place to stay! Great activities and games for the family. Also Rd was attentive to our questions and any assistance we needed during out wedding weekend. Highly recommended!
