We had a great stay. Everything we needed was there. I truly felt like I was at home during my stay here. It was perfect for 2 people.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown and the beach. It was very private and well appointed. Even had a backyard space. Plenty of towels, coffee and even had some water bottles for us. I would come again and definitely recommend to my friends.

Comfortable bed. Clean. A.C. is great. Everything in the kitchen works and is clean. The shower has good water pressure and hot water. One of the best airbnbs in the area.

So glad we had the opportunity to experience the Historic Kenwood neighborhood and Ken's gem of a studio! Beautiful, comfortable, unique. Close to downtown, but homey and peaceful. His gardens and pool are totally Zen! Spent lots of time on the bike trail which is one of the best. In all, one of our favorite Airbnb experiences, thanks to Ken!

We had a wonderful stay at Bob and Liz’s Airbnb in Hyde Park! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions. Yet peaceful and quiet at night. Bob and Liz’s attention to detail truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hyde Park. Thank you, Bob and Liz, for being such gracious hosts—we hope to return someday!

Excellent place, very spacious, great neighborhood for walking, Sarah was very responsive and gave me everything I needed for a month long stay, would definitely stay again.

Thank you for hosting us during a busy time of the year. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect place to wind-down after the fast paced work days we were engaged in. Breakfast was provided, as an additional bonus to the accommodation and lush surroundings. Photos and description of the BnB were as detailed in the profile. Supporting staff were very accommodating. Very clean for this germaphobe, beautiful bathroom. Entry was easy with explicit instructions. Having a place to park was great. My boyfriend & I stayed on our drive through from New Orleans to Miami. It was the perfect place to stay not far off the interstate & a great coffee shop + bakery nearby (CoffeeMe). Will definitely stay again when I’m making this journey.

Glad to have gotten a chance to stay during Christmas! With all the chaos it was nice having such a quiet location to come back to and relax. Beautiful area, wishing i had booked longer. I will absolutely be back!

We really enjoyed staying here. The space was a bit on the smaller side but it was well appointed. We had everything that we needed and everything worked. Best part was the hot tub, which was just the added touch we needed.

The place was beautiful. It was clean and immaculate. It was less than 2 miles from Busch Gardens. Would highly recommend it.

I am in the process of moving to the area, so having to travel back and forth. This was a great place to stay, close to my job. It was clean, bed was comfortable, and the host was nice and responsive! I will be staying again next week!

We had a wonderful stay at Brent’s property. The house was super clean when we arrived. Check in was really easy and simple. Brent provided great instructions for everything we needed and was quick to answer any messages during our stay. There were plenty of towels and bed linens, dishes, etc which was so nice. Having the use of the A/C and washer/dryer made our stay very comfortable. The home had plenty of room for our family to enjoy and a really cute outdoor courtyard. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. Walk over to Crescent Lake if you get the chance and grab a coffee at Blush Tea and Coffee on your way! Thanks for an amazing stay, hope we can come again in the future.

Liz is a very responsive and helpful host. The place is quiet and comfortable. Liz helped us turn on the AC when temperature dropped. Beach chairs, mats, and towels are provided as described. The location is a little far from downtown Tampa and the beach but it didn't become a big problem (it's also quite close to the airport which is great). We spent the New Year holidays there and we had a chance to see some amazing fireworks! We really enjoyed the stay.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the guest house and was able to easily connect to fast wifi for remote working. The bed was comfortable and very clean fresh linens and towels. great location near everything in Seminole Heights - recommend for a super cute and comfy place to stay!

Everything was ok! The only exception was the INTERNET quality, sometimes perfect, sometimes not that good! Since my husband had to work during our stay, it was troublesome… I presume it’s not a difficult problem to be solved…as I mentioned to her. Location is great! Very closed to Publix e to other stores and to Hyde Park Village. I recommend Denise’s place! Cosy and well equipped! Some wine glasses would be perfect to add to the kitchen facilities ! Bed is OK Backyard great to rest and spare sometime reading a book or studying! I’d be back to Denise’s place again. Tks Denise!
