Beautiful modern accommodation about a 15-minute walk from Surin beach, a clean and tranquil beach. There are shops nearby, but to access big grocery stores, you'll need a motorized transportation to get to Kamala (about 15 minutes by scooter). The apartment is properly equipped for cooking. It's a bit expensive for Thailand (especially adding the electricity and water fees payable in cash before leaving) but comfortable and quiet. Cleaning is decent, without being spotless. Overall, a pleasant apartment in a building where there are mostly families. I really enjoyed the washing machine, the stand to dry outside and the balcony. The pool is great, too and I was able to easily park my scooter every day downstairs from the building.

Very good place will definitely stay again

Wonderful condo😍 Super location, 10 min walk to Surin beach, 20 min to Bangtao. There are good cafes, massages, 7eleven nearby. The apartment is very cozy, clean. Once a week, we cleaned: replacement of all towels, linens. Very responsive host! We are grateful for a wonderful time😊
