Perfect place to stay if you enjoy the beautiful, quiet surroundings of the Beetsterzwaag forest. Great for a family of 4 with small children. There’s a playground across the street with an animal farm. The supermarket is within walking distance (10 min)., And you are literally around the corner from biking and walking trails. And, only 30 mins away from a city like Groningen or about 1h from the Wadden sea coast. The hosts are warm, friendly and very helpful.

A beautiful base to explore Texel. Cottage is top, the park is beautiful and Gerdi always responded quickly to questions. The beds were good as well as all amenities. There are even spacious bathrooms downstairs and upstairs, which is useful if you have difficulty walking. We could sit outside due to the beautiful weather and also before that everything was present. The garden is sheltered. We have had a nice time and would love to come back. Recommended!

Had a great stay at Nel's place! The house and surroundings are stunningly beautiful. You can spend every morning with a coffee by the water. 🌻 However, you should expect a lot of insects because of the location. 🕷️ We especially accompanied us on a daily basis. We would always come back 😊

A nice place to stay in a holiday park. To the reception 2 min walk, supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf etc also nearby. The house has a second fridge in the storage room. Unfortunately, the house is not very well insulated, but the heating works great. The fireplace makes the living room cozy. The kitchen is also well equipped. The beddings and towels must be picked up and paid at the reception. However, it and Sylvia refunded the amount immediately.

Had a very nice stay in the holiday home at the Friese Wadden holiday park. We were at the Women's Fair in Leeuwarden, so after working hours we were able to relax in the house. Also nice beds and everything was clean. The tranquility and views were fantastic. We will definitely come back.

Last weekend I had an unforgettable stay with friends in a beautiful house surrounded by nature. The house was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our group. The area offered plenty of opportunities for relaxation and adventure, with beautiful walks and a visit to a charming village. It was a perfect weekend to enjoy and recharge together, and we look forward to coming back again.

Love this place, if you driving in Netherlands, then this place is perfect. You can easily reach Amsterdam and Volendam by car from here. Recommended!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch mit der Bettwäsche und Frotiertücher hat es geklappt obwohl diese normalerweise nicht enthalten sind doch wir schon unterwegs wahren und wir die angaben nicht richtig interpretiert haben Organisierte Philip diese für einen kleinen Aufpreis für uns Danke nochmals für alles Anton und Familie aus der Schweiz

Woonboot is heel netjes met goede douche en bedden. Grote koelkast lekkere stoelen incl dakterras. Het dorp Woudsend is 5 min lopen, leuke terrasjes met een grote supermarkt en gezelligheid. Woonboot ligt tussen havens/loodsen wat op zich geen probleem is, uitzicht over de haven/vaarwater. Auto parkeren achter een beveiligd hekwerk. Sloepje is nieuw en vaart goed met 15 pk motor, we hebben echt veel gevaren! Tanken kan 300 meter verderop en de boot heeft ook een extra jerrycan voor 10 liter benzine. Pannen en bestek, voldoende glazen en kopjes , kookplaat en filterkoffie machine, beddengoed en handdoeken. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen, overdag lekker varen en in de avond relax op het terras van de woonboot. Nadeel waren de muggen maar daar kan de verhuurder niets aan veranderen hahaha, een kleine airco was geen overbodige luxe. Zeker een aanrader wij hebben fijne dagen gehad in Woudsend.

Heerlijk huis op een prachtige locatie. Je vaart zo met je eigen valk naar het Heegermeer, maar voor de deur is het lekker rustig en kun je genieten van het zonnetje in de tuin. Het huis is prima verzorgd, met bbq, wasmachine en een tweede koelkast (heel handig). We hebben hier een heerlijk weekend gehad!

Een gezellig appartement met alles erop en eraan. In het centrum, aan een binnenplaatsje. Zon tussen 12 en 18 ( zomertijd), en prima loungeset. Je slaapt boven en badkamer en toilet is beneden. Keuken is volledig ingericht, echt heel fijn. We hebben Jos niet gezien maar hij reageert snel op berichten. Fijn adres!

Perfekte Urlaub mit Hund. Direkt am Deich und man kann gemütlich direkt morgens nach dem aufstehen schwimmen gehen. Alles ist zu Fuß super erreichbar. Sind rundum erholt nach Hause gekommen.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Great as a starting point for beautiful bike rides. We enjoyed the particularly large green natural garden with a square on the canal and with it the many bird voices we heard. Nearest larger place with all imaginable shopping by bike about 15 minutes away.

Lutsen's place was perfect. We arrived via public transportation, and there's a bus station near Reduzum, which is 5 minutes walk from the house. The house is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped, the private access to the river with Lutsen's SAP is fun convenient, they also kindly allowed us to use their bike, which fit our kids as well. We will happily stay there again when we'll arrive to the area in the future!

We were a group of friends and had a nice weekend. Everything was perfectly clean, 1A equipment (salt, pepper, kitchen utensils, dish towels, clean bed linen,...) and most of all we liked the two stand-up paddles, which we often used. Tea was extremely friendly and responded directly. I highly recommend the airbnb! :)

We had very nice days at Nick's house. Everything was as described and you will find everything you needed. The house is in a top location, ma has everything nearby. Communication with Nick went very well, he is very friendly and helpful. He always responded directly to questions. We had very nice days with my family and would love to come back.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La communication avec Arjanne a été fluide, accueillante et le logement était conforme à la description. Dans les petites améliorations, la barrière à l'entrée du site représente une petite contrainte supplémentaire pour accéder à la maison. Et l’intérieur de la maison manque d’éclairage. Cela dit, l’expérience globale reste positive et nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Friesland. Het huisje voldeed prima: genoeg voorhanden voor heerlijke vakantie, heerlijke bedden en ook beddengoed prima voor elkaar. Ook het buitenmeubilair was goed in orde met als topper de hangmat. Ook fijn is de mogelijkheid te kunnen tennissen. Ons bootje lag op korte afstand van het huisje, heerlijk kunnen zeilen en fietsen.

The house, garden och the village was truly wonderful. My and my cat loved it. The hosts were great.
