Enjoyed every moment of it even during the winter months the views are great the house is very homey and comforting and very welcoming hope to visit again and make it a regular visit

The shacks here are absolutely lovely! So warm and cozy, it's just fantastic. The spot was ideal for our skiing adventure. Daniel and Kristin are such wonderful hosts. We got in late, but they had thoughtfully left the light and heat on for us. There's just something special about brewing a cup of coffee in the early morning and gazing out at the gorgeous snowy woods. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back soon.

Loved the tiny cottage and being so close to jay peak! The atmosphere was welcoming and very cute. Would have liked to know the size of the cottage prior to booking. Room/tiny home was a little snug and the bathroom walls did not fully go up to the ceiling so there was no privacy. Overall, loved the area & hot tub. Will def need to try out the other tiny homes here!

We've stayed at this cottage several times and have always had an excellent time, it is about as close to paradise as you can find. This time, we met Andrew and he brought us on a tour of his other cottage and gave us the history. His cabins and his hospitality are unbeatable, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect spot for our little family of three during a ski weekend at Jay Peak. We had just enough space and amenities for our short stay. The hot tub was a wonderful extra after a full day of skiing. Will definitely be back for future ski trips.

5 stars all around! This place was so incredible that we wished we were staying at least an extra day and if not longer. Matt is an excellent host, one of the best. Highly recommend taking advantage of the wood-fired hot tub, it’s perfect on cold winter nights. It’s in a great location, surpassing all postcard-perfect expectations of a quintessential Vermont cabin.

Danielle was a great host and very responsive. The pictures were accurate and everything was as described. Perfect house for a Stowe ski trip and close to downtown and the mountain. Hot tub was a great addition and kitchen and upstairs were perfect to relax after long day on the mountain. The house is on a dirt road and four wheel drive is a must if there is snow or ice.

Convenient to our hunting spot, the accomodations were closer and far more comfortable than where we have stayed in the past. Ardie very accommodating, and helpful during our stay. Two of us will be returning in two weeks and hopefully again next year.

The Cozy Cottage had everything we needed for a long relaxing weekend in Mad River Valley, VT. The home was everything that was promised in the listing. Close enough driving distance to restaurants/activities in Waterbury, Waitsfield and Sugarbush mountain. The wood burner kept everyone warm and comfortable. Everything was extremely organized and clean. My dog Betty enjoyed the Cottage & the snow more than we did; there was a bed for her as well as bowls for food & water. Nick was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the visit - I can only hope he will allow us to come back again next year! 5 stars

This place is so wonderful! Everything is provided for your comfort. Rayna was great in communicating an issue about one of the toilet is not working and offered a full refund if that would be a problem, which it was not at all. The location is great. Easy access to the lake for swimming or kayaking (kayak/canoe is available for use). It has a nice patio for sitting while enjoying the sunset view. This makes it to the list of favorite places to stay.

Fantastic stay and host was super accommodating. We had to extend our stay due to a snowstorm and they made it easy!

Really enjoyed my time at the Valcour Cottages. Had beautiful sun rises over Lake Champlain and great stars at night. Really peaceful!

Great little one bedroom cabin off the beaten path. We enjoyed the solitude during the snow storm that came through. We cooked all of our meals in and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed all of the games and large windows looking out on the view. Very cozy weekend!

We had a great stay at Helen's house while visiting Stowe, the house was perfect for our group of 6. The house was very clean and Helen was very responsive with any questions or needs that we had. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The veranda is beautiful and because of the rainy weather we had, we were on the veranda most of the time! It is so cozy yet big enough for our 5 women! The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the bedding. We had the best time, laughing, eating, and playing games (not to mention a few cocktails). We are recharged and ready to go back to work! This was by far the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at!! The location was beautiful, exactly as described and easy to find!! The house was perfect, it was super clean and had everything we needed. Anne, the host was super helpful, responsive, and friendly!! Hoping to come back in the summer!!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The views from the cabin are beautiful, and you can’t beat the location directly on the lake. The lake views from inside, the screened in porch, and the backyard were awesome. The kitchen had supplies to make breakfasts/basic meals, the space was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We used this cabin as a home base for visiting Burlington, Waterbury, and Stowe and found it easy to navigate to and from the highway to these larger cities.

Would highly recommend this cabin! We loved the location, just a 15 min drive to the mountain and 2-3 minutes to downtown Stowe. It’s very cozy and has lots of table space for meals or working remotely. Beds are very comfortable. The hosts were extremely quick to respond to messages. On our second day the heat in the lower floor went out and we had trouble restarting it, but the hosts sent someone over immediately to fix the issue. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Morgan is the perfect host, providing everything necessary to a magical stay in their remarkable cabin. I had complete privacy and quiet, but knew she was readily available if I had any questions or needs. The cabin itself is a wonder of architecture, with every detail carefully thought out and rendered. There are books galore and CDs, the slipper foot bathtub is amazing, and the back patio offers a peaceful view of trees and meadow. The property is dotted with wonderful sculptures by her husband, Alan. I watched the sun rise and set and walked down the very dark night road to look at the stars. The woods are my favorite place to be, and there was no shortage of local hiking trails. The general store just down the street is staffed by very friendly folks, and I bought a new favorite coffee mug made by a local artisan. In short, my stay was everything I hoped it would be, and I would highly recommend it.
