Absolutely everything was outstanding about Gail’s beautiful property! It was cozy and clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. I wanted for nothing. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. The house was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Host was always responsive and very helpful! Beautiful kitchen for morning coffees and lots of space to cook, lovely bathroom and shower. The big smart TV was great for us when winding down at the end of the day getting comfy on the couch watching shows and movies. Absolutely loved the king size and memory foam bed, had great sleeps! I will definitely be staying here again when we go back to St. Catherines to visit. Great neighbourhood as well!

Alex and Amelia are friendly and great hosts. They are responsive to all my questions and concerns during our stay. This place is perfect for summer, and the neighborhood is peaceful and lovely. Neighbors are also friendly. The only minor issue we had was it gets hot and stuffy at night. We think the air flow or ac switches off at night, but the place is cool in daytime. Other than that, we would consider coming back again next summer. Thank you once again.

I enjoyed my two month stay here. Rosen was super friendly, always quick to respond and very helpful with any requests or issues. The apartment is spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was perfect for me as it was near the bike trails, sunset beach and was just a short drive into Niagara-on-the-Lake where I was working. I loved the backyard seating area and was grateful for the privacy since the upstairs tenants didn’t use it at all while I was there. The next door neighbours did host a couple of very loud, long parties but as this happened only a couple of times it wasn’t a huge deal. Also, not having personal control over the AC was an issue for me since it was quite loud when running and not always necessary as basement apartments keep cooler. However, Rosen was as accommodating as possible with this issue which was appreciated. Overall it was a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
