Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Spring Valley

The home was super cozy and worked for our group of five. We enjoyed the space and even had a chance to hang out in the serene backyard and jacuzzi. Shannon was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely rent the home again in the future.

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Tysons home was perfect for our larger group of 7. House,pool,hot tub,Everything was spotless clean Ac worked great , The house is located Just under 2 mile from the strip , Tons of shops,stores,ect just down the street from the home. I will recommend this place to all my friends and will 100% becoming back for 2026!!!!!!! Tysons team of people are 2nd to none we delta with dwon and she was spot on with everything we only called her for 1 thing but she made makes you feel like family so Thanks again Tyson and your team...

This is my fourth time returning to this airbnb because of the location, clean and cozy place and great host.

Andi was very accommodating. Easy check-in. We had everything we needed in the house. There was plenty of space and overall plenty of places for everyone to sleep. Thank you for such a great stay Andi.

I was in vegas for a tournament and needed a place for my team and I to stay. Ariana was very helpful in the process and everything we needed was provided during our stay which was greatly appreciated. About a 30 min drive to the strip, but I enjoyed the area around, as it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the strip area. For the bunk beds, they rocked around when you moved on the top. I'm 6'2" and fit about head to toe touching so they were a tad uncomfortable but that's just the way it goes with those. Certainly wouldn't let that stop me from staying there again.

Great place to stay! Clean, cozy, close to the important stuff, and perfect for short or longer stays. We will definitely stay again. It took us 6-13 minutes to get to the Strip. The condo is easy to locate and close to all the fun things in the area. Pointers- We found it easiest (and safe) to just park on the street directly in front of the condo door. The curtains don’t block out all of the outside coomplex lights . As such, the bedrooms were very bright all night. If you’re a light sleeper, bring some eye shades.

I think this B&B is very comfortable to stay in. Compared with other prices and locations, I think it is very cost-effective. I only need to take a 20-minute bus or 10min drive to reach Las Vegas Boulevard. Compared with hotels that are two or three times the price, I think this is a very comfortable choice, and the facilities are very complete and the rooms are very clean. In short, if you want to pursue a cost-effective residence, then this place is highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights here and it did not disappoint! It was completely spotless, centrally located to the strip, airport, close to some really great places to eat, quiet neighborhood, and a driveway to park your car. If we ever travel to Vegas again we will stay here again without a doubt. The shower was amazing and my husband especially appreciated the extra firm mattress. He had "the best sleep of his life" on it! LOL We did not use the kitchen at all, but it looked like there was anything and everything you would need if you chose to make a quick meal in. Very quiet and peaceful home and neighborhood. Everything was spotless, and everything you needed for cooking and cleaning was available for use. We would definitely stay and and highly recommend to others.

It is a very safe and calm place inside a complex with security. It is close to touristic attractions but far from the overwhelming crowd, which was exactly what we were looking for. We felt very comfortable in the house and it met all our needs. The owners were also great with everything and extremely helpful! Definitely recommend.

This is an excellent place to stay to avoid the intensity of the strip and yet it's a short drive to all and very convenient. Quiet accomodations and a lovely place to stay!

My 12yo son and I stayed here for a week for his spring break in Vegas. This home is close to parking, close to pool, washer & dryer in the unit, kitchen had plenty of stuff for home cooking. Towels for the pool. Big bed in one bedroom, two smaller beds in second bedroom, all of which were comfy. Plenty of nice people at the pool too. Fast internet. Comfy couch. Nice dining room table. Recommended!

Great location the pool and hot are great! Love the views of the lake. The condo was very spacious, beds were comfortable!

The condo is perfect for a family or two couples. It had everything we needed. It worked well for exploring the strip and day trips around the area. The hot tub and heated pool were great to have even with the cool air temps.

Greg was awesome, communicated w/us fast and effectively within minutes of us making the early reservation. The place was just as described, no issues or surprises. Easy Check-in/Checkout Greg was very responsive answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Snack/Hospitality closet was awesome. Quiet, calm, spacious place, suited our needs for this trip perfectly especially last minute and was a steal of a price compared to everything else at the time.
