Everything was good with our visit as far as cleanliness comfort etc. We did have a flat tire and needed to arrange a haul after 11am at which point we weren't made to feel like an inconvenience. Only thing I would definitely call attention to is no shoes upstairs and the shower drain doesn't drain well, standing in water at end of shower. The water pressure is amazing though. Location was convenient stores reasonable uber and China town.

The best airbnb stay I had. The apartment had all we needed and even more. Rich was always available to help and was always one step ahead. Made our stay so easy and pleasant. I really appreciate all your help and the great place you made available to us Rich. Thank you very much.

We had a great time at this location! It was very clean and spacious. Very relaxing space… I loved sitting on the balcony & enjoying the view of the sphere. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and enjoyable stay. Place was clean and just as described. Close to everything you might want within walking distance. Right on the strip but felt like you were not in all the traffic of it. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Penthouse, one-bedroom suite on the 54th floor, exceeded our expectations! The breathtaking views are a highlight of our trip, making every moment spent in the suite memorable. The space was spotless, and we found all the furniture to be comfortable. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk inside or outside to other casinos. Mark was a fantastic host throughout our stay. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Vegas!

Greg was a great host - super responsive to my questions (thank you, Greg!). His apartment was extremely clean, the kitchen was stocked with all needed to cook. Perfect location to explore Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (gorgeous!) - only about a 15 minute drive. Also convenient location to grocery stores (Trader Joe's is ~5 miles away). Highly recommend!

Such a great host and place to stay! I was here for almost 3 weeks with my two young kids and the apartment is comfortable, safe and in a great location! I would definitely stay again.

This is the cleanest rental property I have ever seen. Thanks for your hospitality, my group had a great time and I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Tina was awesome at communication and easy to work with, always responding very quickly to any questions. Check-in was a breeze. Loved the concrete floors on the main level which made things stress-free with the kids coming and going from the pool. I would stay here again!

We had a great stay at this house, it was perfect for our family and had all the amenities we wanted. John was an exceptional host, great communication and quick to respond to minor inquiries. This was a quiet neighborhood which suited us perfectly, it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go as we had a vehicle. Highly recommend!

Dexter went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute late request. My family and I highly recommend anyone wanting to experience a home away from home in luxury then this is definitely the place to book! Wonderful place 25 mins from Vegas strip! Went in Spring and weather was amazing. Super clean and host was respectful and responsive. We had some issues the day we got there with our internet not working and the garage door not closing properly: the host replied within the hour telling us that a handyman would be there the following morning. The handyman (Andres) was phenomenal!! HE WAS SO NICE. We loved him and he fixed everything quickly!! We also wanted to stay at this location because it is only 20 minutes from BEAUTIFUL Lake Las Vegas where we went kayaking for a day. It was such an amazing stay and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to go to Vegas without having to stay in the craziness of the strip. Thanks for having us!! (:

This place was amazing!! I booked very last minute, my first time in Vegas; we came in a few nights earlier and stayed each night in a different spot travelling around to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon & Lake Havasu (drove 1200 miles in 5 days but it was all pretty close to Vegas and there were still so many other spots we wanted to go to like Joshua Tree, Death Valley, Hoover Dam, Mt. Charleston etc.) Anyway on our last night we got back to Vegas and this was such a treat, wish we booked it our first night as well! The other place we stayed was decent but did not compare to this one for the price at all. Pat was lovely to deal with, the hotel was very nice and the studio apartment was super clean, well-appointed and had a great view including Sphere! Easily could have stayed for an extended period and been very comfortable. Nice kitchenette stocked for cooking/eating in, super comfy bed and big jacuzzi tub! Walk through connected buildings to get to Strip. Would definitely book here again.

Thanks Nat, for opening up your home to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay on the Vegas Strip. Check-in was so smooth and stress free. I just want to say, Location, location, location. You can catch the monorail once you get to the main casino. It is very convenient and walkable to things that we wanted to do on the strip. The walk from the tower where we stayed to the main casino is really not that bad. Remember folks you are in Las Vegas. You are going to do some walking. Nat is a very proactive host, and we had no problems with the room, so, I didn't need much contact with them. I would recommend this spot. Thank you, again , Nat.

What a wonderful space. The view of the Sphere from the balcony was amazing. We loved having a kitchen. The close proximity to the monorail, made it so convenient to get to the convention center. Donna is a spectacular host. She is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She has great tips for food, transportation, and activities. We highly recommend Donna and the space.

Went for three nights with my wife and two kids. The views from the room were amazing. Easy walk to Bellagio, Aria, and the strip. Really a fantastic spot. Checking in and out was very easy. Highly recommend this spot.

This unit is close to so many activities and events. You can take the Monorail along the strip to access shows, shopping and so much more.

This truly was a magical suite with magical hosts! Demarie and Sela went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. I paid an additional amount (totally reasonable price and completely worth it) to have the room decorated with balloons and gifts to surprise my mom for her birthday. She loved it! The room was so relaxing, we barely wanted to leave it throughout our stay. And the bed….the bed was so comfy. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future!
