Michela was a fantastic host. Check-in and check-out were super easy and flexible. From restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc., she put together a great handbook. Everything just like in the description - we especially enjoyed the lower couch lounge, as well as the small beach right in front of the house. The kitchens are also equipped with everything you need. The street we are open to Michaela communicates a little loud but didn't bother us any further. For strong coffee users, I recommend taking a Bialetti or the like. Otherwise, there are capsule coffee machines. Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

New accommodation and the listing directions correspond to reality , a very quiet place in the Tuscan hills near the virtuous municipality of Piccioli . Very kind and thoughtful owners to make their customers feel good, you can see the care and passion they have for the property, they stay on the upper floor of the structure .

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B in San Gimignano! The house is really nice, with attention to detail and above all very clean. The location is great for visiting the village and enjoying the tranquility of the area. A big thank you to the owners, who were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home. Highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Cute Little cabin in lovely garden setting. Great views over the water. Private and easy walking distance to the port and restaurants.

We had the pleasure of staying a week from Fulvia, who we discovered to be very kind and available for everything with her husband. We had a great time!

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

Our stay at the fattoria di Peruzzo was an absolute delight. We were hoping for a peaceful break in Tuscany and Peruzzo delivered! From waking up every morning to a breathtaking view, exploring the olive groves to lighting a cozy fire in the evening, we were absolutely blown away. We loved exploring the Grosseto region and were given fantastic recommendations of key attractions from Giulia. I will be recommending this amazing farm stay to friends looking for a place to visit in Tuscany!
