Monthly Rentals in Speightstown

The apartment was very nice, clean and quiet. There is a lock box with code to enter, which was easy to use. Restaurants, bars, beach and bus station within walkable locations. Really liked Speightstown and I’m glad I stayed here in addition to Bridgetown. Damian was responsive to the booking, arrival and departure. Definitely recommend.

Best stay I’ve had with any AirBnB host! For starters, Pierreson was very responsive when my girlfriend and I arrived for her birthday trip. He helped guide us to the house from the airport then met us at the door and helped bring our bags in. He then took us on a quick tour of the area to see the good and affordable food/bar options. He was even able to help us book an island tour, though we weren’t able to take advantage of that, I would suggest to anyone to use that when booking their trip. I was very happy with the space we had and the area of the AirBnB is really beautiful and peaceful. My girlfriend can vouch when we say this was the best host we’ve had using AirBnB. Bev's home was spacious, with room to park our hire car and pleasant surroundings in a residential area about a 5 minute walk to Heywoods Beach and the Caboose, an outdoor restaurant famed for its fish cutters. Both bedrooms had air conditioning and there was a fan in the living/dining room. All the windows had mosquito nets, which was a bonus. Self check-in was straightforward and during our stay Bev made the effort to come and see us. She also sent us a voucher she had for a local bar, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was reasonably well-equipped, though lacking plates. When we raised this with Bev, she immediately provided two new side plates and bowls. We would also have appreciated instructions on how to use the gas oven and the combination microwave. Apart from these minor caveats, we very much enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. The house is in a friendly neighborhood a short walk from Speightstown and its shops, restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend.

I always love staying at Moderno. The place was cozy and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the apartment is beautiful with a beautiful mirror for pictures. The owner was very communicative and responsive about any minor complaints that came up during the stay. Thank you again!
