Monthly Rentals in Sparrow Bush

Gary was extremely responsive, provided clear directions & great communication. The place was exactly what we were hoped for, set back from off a quiet street, an isolated & beautiful location. And it had everything we needed for 2 couples for a winter weekend, well equipped kitchen - The beds were comfortable, two bathrooms. Visited Port Jervis & hiked in the Port Jervis Watershed Park and Recreation Area overlooking the town. Had a nice walk in the D & H Canal Park. Gary was prompt to plow the driveway after 3-4 inches of snow fell overnight. The local roads were in good shape by mid-day, which was a relief given some terrain down to US 209. Wishing we had a another day or 2 for an extended stay.

This is a beautiful house with great outdoor scenery all around. Anna shows a great attention to detail on anything you might need in the home. I would certainly stay here again.

Very nice cabin inside and out. There are houses next to the cabin the pictures don't show it. The stove I'm not sure if I didn't know how to turn it on or if it doesn't work. The outhouse need some ventilation. Other than that everything else was just as I expected from the pictures. I enjoyed the stay. The fireplace is really beautiful and the cabin inside is really cozy and nice. I liked that we were able to use Netflix because it was very windy one day and we stayed inside watching movies by the fireplace really nice. No luck fishing. I recommend this cabin if you like more authentic experience of living in the cabin and Bruce is a good host you really appreciate it.

Breathtaking Views, Cozy Cabin - A Perfect Getaway. From the moment we arrived at lazy river , we were blown away. The views were absolutely incredible! Waking up to the Delaware river and the winter views, the sunrise over the mountains, was truly magical. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed. We especially loved the deck views of the river, with driving distance to beautiful views like high point and surrounding hills only minutes away, the fire pit outside and the fire place inside, can't forget the good collection of record players. David was a fantastic host. They were very responsive, helpful with local tips, and ensured we had everything we needed. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery.
