Waterfront vacation rentals in Southern Europe

Christos is a great host, his tips were very helpful. The videos describing access to the flat, for example, were also great. The flat was exactly as described, well equipped and tastefully furnished. And the view of the bay is simply magnificent. We also found the village of Kiveri itself very nice, the people there were all very friendly. The food in the tavernas and restaurants is very authentic. We can definitely recommend the Vrachos Kanari fish restaurant at the harbour and the Pournari taverna in the centre of the village.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Everything feels luxurious and well thought out. We spent 4 days in Zadar and walked everywhere, since the apartment is right in the old city centre. It was a truly lovely vacation💕

The stay was beautiful. The view of the Harbor was indescribably beautiful, especially at night. Everything worked great, you can only recommend it!

Very comfortable little place, great interior design with local flare, fantastic location as far as feeling part of the waterfront social scene. Sunsets were beatuiful, parking is a quick 2 minute walk from the apartment (free in the winter). Finding out that the location had some historical significance to location was a bonus.

We would highly recommend Sanja’s place. It is a great landing base to explore North Montenegro. A few minutes drive to the ferry port which gives you access to Herceg Novi and very near to the Croatian border. The apartment is about a 25 minute walk to Porto Montenegro, such a beautiful area to explore.

Somehow this listing was even more beautiful than the photos! The view is unmatched and hard to find in other areas of town because of how the mountains face. There were tons of pillows, blankets, etc. Our only issue was the power went out on the last night and we did not get a quick response but the host said there was a problem with the Airbnb app. Overall, this was a great stay and amazing value.

Roberto's villa is breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed as a family of all ages from kids to grandparents and everything was wonderfully thought out. Roberto was there to welcome us and his generosity was unsurpassed from helping with our first shop to local restaurant recommendations, we cannot thank you enough for making it such a wonderful trip! The pool was spotless and the layout great for a big group! The photos do not do this place justice. Would have loved to use the pizza oven, next time for sure...we cannot wait to return xx

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

Absolutely beautiful! two girls went away on a girly trip. Accommodation was perfect, safe neighbourhood, safety locking on all doors made us feel really comfortable. Very peaceful, incredibly done! Hats off to Josipa. Amazing job and we will return 110%. Despite the weather raining which was highly unusual we were told from the locals we felt at home with Netflix, snacks etc. Balcony was perfect for early morning reading, sunbathing, swimming. Loved our stay, great view of the ocean!

Cozy and spacious apartement right next to the ocean! It had everything we needed and even more, the kitchen was very well equipped and you can’t possibily get nearer to the ocean. There is also a very nice promenade walk starting right in front of the apartement. Check in was easy as well (key locker) and Constantino offered us helpful information and recommendation about the surrounding area. All in all a perfect stay at a beautiful place:)

If you want a total change of scenery, in a fully renovated fisherman's house, at the bottom of a small cove, Romano's house is for you. We spent the 3rd week of October there with great pleasure. While most restaurants are indeed closed, and the days end around 6:30 p.m., the absence of tourists, the good weather and a water temperature around 20°C were decisive assets.

Listing matches the photos and descriptions. The view is just beautiful and the balcony is a real plus for lunch in the sun. I also liked the location for its proximity to the beach, different walks possible on foot and by bike, and to the thalassotherapy pool. The quality of this place is unmatched, especially for Albania. Felt like luxury housing, staying in a one bedroom so close to the beach. Right above a market, around the corner from the promenade and all its restaurants and shops. Beach is a short walk as well, maybe five minutes. Truly lovely to stay here. Host responds to questions quickly, and is super friendly. Only thing I’ll say is I found myself waking up when the bedroom AC kicked on in the middle of the night, and is very strong overall, so if you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to cold, I would suggest sticking to only the main AC. Would love to go back, had a great time.

Giorgio is a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is clean and tidy and has air conditioning. The beach and city center are within walking distance and there is free parking 15 minutes from the apartment. The place is quiet and close to the coast. Giorgio was always available when needed and lives right in the apartment next door. We recommend this airbnb!

A very nice apartment with your feet in the water with a great view. A very good location to easily visit Lake Milan the Borromean Islands Lake Lugano ... We would highly recommend this dream location.

Was well satisfied with the stay. We look forward visiting again in the future. Only drawback is car parking. The streets of Durres are always full, so is quite a task to find a parking spot.
