Villa vacation rentals in Southern Europe

The villa was perfect for our group (7 adults). To have an infinity pool and our own platform into the sea was incredible. Loved everything about it.

Dana und Irina were super helpful and friendly. Responded to our messages within minutes and took immediate action. The accommodation is much nicer than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking. We never wanted to leave the apartment as it feels very homely. I would especially like to thank Dana again for the great service and helpfulness on all requests! We will definitely be back next year and I can definitely recommend the accommodation. The best hosts I've had so far! Thank you for a great time!

Stay in a perfect accommodation in every way: location (10 minutes walk to the beaches), cleanliness, comfortable bedding, amenities, nice decor, plus a terrace with swimming pool with magnificent sea views as soon as you wake up! Pascal was very welcoming and we thank him for that. We'll be happy to go back!

This villa is a masterpiece that redefined what a luxury stay in Nabeul was for me. I am absolutely flabbergasted by the wonderful villa and the immaculate state that we found it in. moreover, these host and especially the villa master were beyond friendly and surpassed all of my expectations. it was not a Airbnb stay, it was more like being hosted in your family house. in one word, my stay here was perfect. hopefully, I'll be back soon.

The villa proposed by Nicolas and Jennifer is beautiful, the park that surrounds the house superb and huge . Communication with Jennifer is fluid and very friendly. It is a very high quality rental with a caring staff, whether it is the caretaker or the ladies who do the daily maintenance. Do not hesitate to take the services of Aziza , the cook, who has delighted us all week and is adorable in addition to being very professional . Do not hesitate to take the services of Said who has taken us all week with punctuality kindness and safety. Fantastic villa, so well equipped, super clean and really responsive and helpful host! 10 min walk to very well stocked supermarket with deli counter, couple of bars/cafes and playground. 30 minute walk to Marina with loads of restaurants. Building work still ongoing but not too noisy unless working on the villa right behind this one. Kids loved the pool and all the amazing floats. Lots of lovely outdoor spaces to use to catch the sun throughout the day. Thank you for our stay!

Lovely location - within walking distance of the waterfront and harbour. Lovely views from front bedroom balcony and patio. Two very nice bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It was lovely to sit on the patio around the pool. Staircase to first floor is steep! We rarely used the kitchen as we prefer to eat out in the evening. There was an array of restaurants to choose from . We had an ice cream most nights from a fabulous ice cream shop near the supermarket and bought croissants and bread from the bakers every day. Had a lovely relaxing break. Kristina is a great host and quickly answers any questions you may have.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Jill’s place with hubby and 3 teens.. Jill was very responsive to any questions we had beforehand. Instructions were clear to find the villa easily. It was great to meet Jill when she popped in on our first morning. The villa and pool area were spotless - everything you’d need for a holiday! The hot tub was lovely when the evenings were a little cooler. You get the sun all day on the terrace. The villa is in a nice quiet location, but you could walk to the harbour/strip in around 10/15 minutes (longer walking back as it’s uphill, but taxi’s were easy to find) All in all a really great stay, thank you Jill!

The villa is very spacious and has great features as well equipped kitchen, heated swimming pool and good space for tanning at different areas of villa (for morning and afternoon sun). We had a fantastic time and the location is very good, near the beach and next to locations for pick-up for Siam Park and Siam Mall. The host was easy to talk to and always ready to answer if we had any questions.

My wife and I had a fabulous stay recently. The villa is really wonderful where you can enjoy the amazing views of the mountains, sea and sunsets. The outdoor space is perfect to enjoy the weather from morning till late evening with comfortable areas to sit and catch the sun. The property is really well designed with good karma and a real pleasure to stay in. A big thanks to Cristina and Christian who were a great help during our stay and always available if needed.

Our stay in Agios Nikolas was incredible!!! The home was incredibly high end with beautiful design elements but still comfortable enough so we could relax. You can walk to the beach and there’s a great local restaurant right across the street. It is a quiet town, great for families or anyone who wants to find a Greek island destination that’s not too overcrowded. My favorite part though, was the host! He made us feel like we were a part of the family from the moment we arrived. He helped with reservations and recommendations at local restaurants, he equipped the house with basic needs like coffee and milk, and he even helped me get medicine for my jellyfish sting (SUPER rare for Greece in case you’re wondering, so no need to worry). He was so helpful and went above and beyond in every way. 1,000/10 I would recommend this home to anyone who might want to have a slice of paradise for a little while. Thank you so much for everything!

Antonija was a great host in many ways. Her home was fantastic. We have stayed in Airbnb's in many places and I think her house takes one of the top spots! It was beautiful, comfortable, completely stocked with all you need with a very spacious lay out and was lovingly cared for. We were 5 adults. We all had a private bedroom/bathroom and no one had to draw the short straw. All were equally comfortable with a private balcony. The bedrooms were furnished with guests in mind with exceptional lighting, comfortable beds, nice linens, closet space with hangers and drawers. A large sectional took the prize in the main area. The outdoor space was equally comfortable and beautiful with a full kitchen/pool area. The weather was unsettled but we still were able to use the outside features a bit. Even the pool was spotless. Antonija was very helpful in suggesting places to dine, taxi and adventures. She was able to secure a reservation for us when needed. It is helpful to have a car though.

The villa is unique and hard to beat from the panoramic view. It needs a car to explore the area. All the villages from Denia to Athea are beautiful. A lot of really good restaurants. It has it all and very scenic. The hilly landscape by the sea has fascinated us.

We had a wonderful week's holiday at the villa. The photos don't do the villa justice; it's fantastic! Andrée is a very responsive host and very helpful with queries etc. The villa, which is a fantastically renovated old stone building, is located in a quiet spot a short drive (c. 10 minutes) from lots of beautiful beaches. The outdoor kitchen and swimming pool are super convenient when looking for peace and quiet in the afternoon heat. Also, the villa has air conditioning throughout which is a necessity when it's 30C+ everyday. Overall, a fantastic week and highly recommended.

We had a great time at the villa. Very suitable for groups. The outside is great, very comfortable bedding. Everything was together to relax with friends. Great welcome, we'll be back with pleasure! ☺️

We spent a wonderful few days with the whole family in Salvador's beautiful villa with a stunning view of Port Pollenca and the bay. It is a perfect place to relax, explore the stunning area around Pollenca and the Tramuntana and just to have a good time with family or friends. Salvador and his team were extremely helpful, discreet and very responsive and made us feel at home. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

We were really happy with the house as it was ideal for us. We drove from UK with bikes so parking and e-bikes so security and storage were very important. Really spacious inside and outside. Sun or shade as required all day. Possible to walk in to town. Had been on Burriana side before but this seemed more relaxed and we were able to explore the other side of town. Any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Beatrice and Fabrizio. Replies to messages got responses in just a few minutes. Loved our stay.

This place was absolutely perfect for us. Great location close to lots of amenities and resteraunts, bars etc. The villa was lovely. Everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. We sat out in the garden every evening in January! what a beautiful way to spend what is normally a cold/wet miserable existence! 😂 The nights when the the temp dropped, we sat in front of the glorious wood burning fire, it was simply perfect. When we left some items behind, the host kindly retrieved them for me. The beds are soooo comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. I cannot recommend this Villa enough.

Great stay, spacious and plenty of space around the house. Wonderful for longer stays. Only downside is bad road to get there.

Great location, really enjoyed my stay. Assad was friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend.
