Loft vacation rentals in South Italy

I really enjoyed staying in Anna Maria's house. This perfectly matched my expectations for the interior, but in addition the accommodation is a stone's throw from the old city, while also being close to other services. Anna Maria is warm and easy to communicate. It also brings a lot of care that makes your stay enjoyable.

Our family of 7 celebrated Thanksgiving together at what felt like our home away from home. What a fabulous find! This was my 4th stay in Rome at an Airbnb and this was by far the most unique experience in an apartment that was out of this world. Perfectly suited for a large family and situated in a vibrant area, with everything within walking distance. Martin was very kind and communicative. He was a wonderful host. Fede was beyond helpful always going the extra mile to answer all our questions, meeting all of our needs and offering very helpful recommendations along the way. We would not hesitate to highly recommend the Noblemen’s Loft and hope to return one day soon!

A beautiful and super complete house, extremely comfortable, super modern kitchen. the wc has a very powerful shower. matteo was very kind to leave the refrigerator stocked with water bottles, juices, yogurts and etc.. and also breakfast all inclusive. easy parking. felt at home❣️

We enjoyed our stay at Chiara's place. Everything we need was provided. The place was very fashionable and well-decorated. Kitchen utensils were more than enough. We felt very safe and warm! Chiara was a great host and very quick to respond all of the questions. Thank you Chiara :)

We spend a great time in Rome and the Location were we stay was right next to the Fontana do Trevi, nice and clean place to stay , definitely recommendable. Thanks Dunia for advice and your friendly guide.

This “palace” in Korcula is truly worth the expense. It is literally in the middle of the old town, located in a silent street, in a very old building with a courtyard. Everything is nearby and hosts help you carry the luggage in the few minutes walk from the ferry. We were greeted with home-made grappa and limoncello. The house is very large, both bedrooms, looking identical, are large and comfortable. All the information, from taxis to guidebooks, are available. If we went there again, no doubt we would stay in the same place.

Nice location, exactly as described and very comfortable. Also really secure (the Police is always around), easy to find and closer to almost everything you need to see in Rome. I recommend this place to everyone that wanna enjoy the best of ROME and we hope to be back soon! Thank you Serena <3

One of the best stays I've had! The place was amazing- more beautiful than the pictures and very spacious and bright. Location was amazing, walking distance from all the attractions, and plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping right downstairs. Erica was the best host- so responsive and helpful with everything! Place was clean, had everything we needed, even laundry detergent and soaps! Every detail was thought of! Look forward to staying again on my next trip!

Giulio’s place made our stay feel just like home. Excellent location, clean, cozy and quiet after a long day of exploring. Amazing options for restaurants. Neighborhood was extremely safe. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Rome!

Great location , there’s a street below that at times can be a bit loud but the location was great , unfortunately we had to leave a day early because of a marathon and we had no way of getting transportation to the airport, a little refund would have been nice . Anyway , the location is great , clean and Stefano has great communication, quick to reply. It was a very comfortable stay

Perfect place in a very local and beautiful small town near to all popular towns of Apuglia.

I had a great stay at Daria’s place. It was clean, quiet, and well located to see all the sites in Assisi. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. There are also restaurants close by if you want to eat out.

We had an adventure with Valerio. He was supposed to receive us one evening when his place suffered water damage, and soon took control of things by calling hotels to find us a room. It was late and yet he was able to assist us. In addition, in a very good and clean area. Really very satisfied with this host. Thank you very much

We left a piece of our heart there... Andrea's house is an independent, spacious, air-conditioned studio, close to the sea (with a magnificent terrace from which you can admire the beautiful sunsets that only Salento offers and a very comfortable outdoor shower when you return from the sea), it is equipped with everything you need to spend a perfect vacation. Andrea and his wife Vittoria are very kind hosts, discreet and always ready to solve any inconvenience that may happen...a greeting and a kiss to their beautiful daughters two pearls of Salento ....with the hope of being able to see them again in a year...Highly recommended!!!

we stayed 2 nights , cozy little house with all the comforts described , Mr. Gianni and his wife were exquisite, kind and friendly, and also gave us advice on nearby places to visit. The loft also enjoys a beautiful panoramic view with a small and delicious porch from which you can admire the view. Highly recommended loft , we will definitely be back !

Very nice accommodation, very close to the sea. Massimo is very responsive, when we arrived we didn't have enough to eat(just arrived in Sicily at the end of the day) . Her son made us pizza.

The accommodation is perfect for those who, taking advantage of its location, want to tour several beaches of Salento. Very clean and very equipped environment (dishes, towels, various soaps, etc...). Spaces harvested but more than functional for a beach holiday. The area is very nice and well served. There are all kinds of restaurants that can be reached on foot with a walk through the streets of the historic center, which in the evening fills with life without bothering you when you return. In case we return to Salento, we will definitely return to this accommodation.
