Vacation rentals in South Italy

I stayed in 4separate apts in this bldg and this apt was my favorite. A huge plus is the common areas: pool, bbq, fire-pit, gym and spa area. When I come back to Montenegro I will stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment is excellent. Unfortunately one of the beds was instable and had to be stabilized with books. But according to Frederico and Lavinia the problem has been solved in the meantime. I recommend the flat.

Great experience! We stayed for five days in April. The location had an excellent view of the ocean and hills. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of outdoor spaces to relax in the sunshine. Everything you needed was available! From night lights, to blankets, to kitchen amenities. Included a parking spot. This truly is an example of a five star stay. Malin was very welcoming! We highly recommend.

Well,, what can I say. ! This place was Amazing. The apartment was spotless and was exactly as described. The view from the very comfortable bed and balcony in front was fantastic over the bay and onto mountains. The shower was large and very efficient. There is of the road parking (very necessary here) . The roads are narrow and a bit scary to drive on if you are from the UK. The bus service to the towns seemed efficient and regular.

The apartment is in a perfect location, close to all the main attractions of Rome. We hardly used public transport since everything was within walking distance. The area is bustling with good restaurants, great bakeries next door and a small supermarket nearby. The apartment is spacious enough, we were 2 adults and 2 children and it was perfect, two toilets and one bathroom. You just have to take into account that there are 3 floors to go up with luggages, however we knew this in advance so it was not an issue for us. One thing I will mention is that the central heating was shut down from April 7th by the municipality and therefore did not work, it bothered us a bit because we were a bit chilly at night so I would recommend adding blankets for the transitional seasons. It was not freezing but not warm enough. Overall, the communication with Filemona was smooth and good, the apartment was clean, with everything needed and we recommend this place.

Very nice apartment with all you need. A comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and even a small balcony. Great location in a calm residential neighbourhood not far from the city center. Good communication with the host.

Wow! Talk about being on top of the world! This apartment has a spectacular view -- and is something special, and is a great memory from our trip. Thankful to Graziano's communications, and his sweet dad, for ensuring we had a safe place to park. The apartment was spotless, quiet, comfy and had everything we needed. We hiked the stair pathway down to Taormina several times, but probably enjoyed our time in Castelmola and our Campari spritzes on our rooftop patio even more!

We had a pleasant stay in Rome, the apartment is super well located close to the train station and metro, close to the city center. Well equipped apartment, with very special attention, tiramisu on arrival! Thank you Marco, great host and very attentive and responsive. Recommended

A real gem of a place with a fabulous view over the bay from the balcony. Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre which is walkable in about an hour or there is a bus.
