Vacation rentals with breakfast in South Hobart

An absolutely awesome experience! We stayed for 3 nights and wished it was longer. The host greeted us and immediately we felt at home! The apt was spacious, clean and complete with just about everything needed for a really relaxing stay! The host provided lots of food and goodies which were welcomed and appreciated. The location was perfect for exploring Hobart and the surrounding area. One of our favorites. Don’t hesitate to book.

Wonderful stay on Bruny Island Would go back in a heart beat ! Bery Pricate loved the outdoor barh and the welcome pack fabulous!

Very happy with our time at the Glebe Emporium. Location was excellent just 15 min walk to the harbour. Loved that there were some breakfast supplies as it took the pressure off as arrived the evening before. Woolies and BWS for supplies are a 5 min walk. Beware Glebe is hilly. This was not an issue for us but might be for some. Highly recommend The Tasmanian Inn also 5 min walk away.

Stunning views, tranquil surrounds, lots of space, fully stocked pantry and kitchen. Loved the wildlife. Stephen is a great host and communicated promptly. Easy access to Huon Valley, Bruny Island and Hobart surrounds. Would gladly stay again!

Bridgecroft House was a fabulous place for our family to get together for a weekend. It was roomy, well set out and extras like breakfast items and a great coffee machine made it easy to move in. The home was private , clean and we loved using the wood fired pizza oven for dinner one night. The spa was also enjoyed and a few games of eight ball set the tone for a fun time had by all.

Such a lovely and cosy Air BnB, definitely would stay again and recommend. Has an absolutely beautiful view of Hobart and the Derwent river.

This is the second time I have stayed it’s a great location View to the mountain while eating breakfast is fantastic but no snow this trip hoping for dusting of snow next trip in may enjoy the walk to the supermarket ( 5 mins ) What can you say the pinball machines keep you busy great father and son activity Once again many thanks tony always available for help if you need it

We'd a lovely stay at Macy's. Peaceful, cozy with amenities on tap. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and less than a 5 minute walk to the creek

Lovely apartment, very cute decorations everywhere - open, yet cozy. The kitchen was fully prepared with spices, oils, butter, various teas, everything that we could need.

I loved Yvette’s place! It is so cute inside, with a nice view and interesting art. Great selection of things to cook with and breakfast/snacks were provided which was a nice touch :) Host was also very friendly and welcoming.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Anja’s home. The house was beautiful, cozy and the perfect retreat for our family. It was clean, well-equipped and in a great location, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Beyond the lovely home, Anja was an incredibly kind and helpful host. When our son was sick, she went above and beyond to support us, which we deeply appreciated. Her hospitality and care made our stay even more special. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Thank you again for everything!

Vicki and her partner Gary are wonderful. Really enjoyed staying in their studio and the courtyard was my favorite. We added a bug screen only because I have reaction to mosquito bites. We left it there encase anyone else would like to use it too. I would highly encourage people to come to Hobart/ sandy bay and stay here.

What a great place and location to stay in. Can not fault it at all. Sandy had everything we needed and more. Absolutely loved our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This was a great very clean apartment near everything and it had almost everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. We were able to make meals in the kitchen. The cons: No breakfast, portable fan, laundry detergent, all the white towels were stained but clean and no communications from our host Amanda during our 3 nights stay. The apartment is up for sale. We did enjoy our stay and everything was very clean, but wanted to give advice to the next guests.

A lovely place, cute wombats and wallaby, very kind Cheryl couple. The room is full of wombat elements and sweet. I was moved and appreciated what Cheryl couples had done for the animals, so great actions! Recommend everyone who likes wombats go there and need book on airbnb in advance.

Hilary and Chris have things well Sorted . The attention to detail is evident. A bountiful bowl of produce from the garden including fresh eggs on our arrival to crisp quality bed linens and vases of fresh cut flowers we felt like we were valued from the moment we arrived . The Barn is an incredible piece of old architecture steeped in history, beautifully styled and super cosy . We loved how central it was to visit all of Hobart’s hot spots and surrounds . The neighbourhood is interesting with good options for a morning coffee and a stroll down to the Rivulet. Would certainly love to stay again sometime.

I felt like Titania sitting in a fairy glen the whole time - such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Nothing around meant all I did was read and listen to podcasts for 3 days (plus a few mini road trips) - heaven! Thanks for a restful break after a particularly stressful start to the year. Would love to return.

Bea is a lovely host who loves making sure guests are well looked after. We had a last minute upgrade to a room with a view of the water. Well worth it! Such a quiet peaceful setting. So much food to enjoy on arrival as well! Thanks for sharing your home Bea! A real home away from home.

Wonderful. The appartment is stunning, in a gorgeous historic house, located in a beautiful neighbourhood with a very nice view. Walkable distance from the heart of Hobart. Everything is very high quality. We wished we could stay more !

Donna is a great host! The accommodation is superb, the views over the Derwent estuary just beautiful. Donna was available to chat to, and yet we had plenty of privacy. Highly recommended.

Penny has been an absolute gem...She has been extremely helpful and made my stay in hobart very memorable. I felt right at home in her lovely cottage.
