Vacation rentals in Swansea

Had a wonderful stay! The place had everything we needed and was a close walk to some great restaurants by the water. We really enjoyed spending time outside in the garden, but a personal favourite of mine was the bathtub outside. Even when it was cold night, it was so lovely to spend it warmed up out in the bath. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for a couple of days post a hike to do some activities around Hobart. Great location, easy to find, as described and Joanne is lovely. Very responsive and thoughtful. The house is very clean and modern but spacious and homey. Would stay again!

Elisabeth’s accommodation was just beautiful so clean and homely with plenty of space to spread out ..Loved the seperate sitting areas ..As we walked into the main kitchen living area all I could say was Wow ..it was all open plan and so tasteful decorated ..Just a couple of minutes to the beautiful Spring beach we loved a morning stroll then back there after lunch for lazing about and swimming …We returned late afternoon and got comfortable on the large deck at the rear of the home …The home had everything we needed for our 4 night stay could not be more comfortable…The large bathroom with the window shower was amazing and very private ..Our bedrooms were a great size very clean and comfortable ..We would definitely recommend Elisabeth’s accommodation we shall be returning for sure . Really good place, quiet, walkable distance to restaurants and shops. Viriditas is really nice and kind. Great staying experience. Recommend it

A spacious abode with lovely ocean views.

Great property overlooking beautiful Skeleton Bay. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a well fenced yard for our two labradors. We will return.

“I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy.

We loved staying here, very close to the beach and really beautiful area. It is a big property as a 2 bedroom, with a large backyard and lots of space in the front (long driveway), comfortable, inviting and private. Petrea is a great host with excellent communication and includes some great instructions which were really helpful.

Lovely home very central to everything.. but very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood . Thanks Ted we hope to visit again
