Great peaceful location to stay. Gorgeous cosy cottage that is so beautifully set up. Olivia left us some bread, milk, simple supplies and chocolates which was lovely. If you get the chance book in for a stay.

A brilliant farm stay that's perfect for families. We had an excellent stay and Michelle and James's place. They were wonderful hosts who welcomed us as we arrived and then helped us feed the chickens, ducks and cows. Our toddler loved this experience and patting the sheep. The unit was immaculate. Everything we needed, and more, was included and we appreciated all the small touches (like the milk and the choccie treats). At night we saw the beautiful stars and we loved hearing the animals in the morning. We decided to leave a little earlier than anticipated and appreciated that Michelle came outside and let our toddler again feed the ducks and chickens. We also loved the beautiful dogs and Baxter greeted us with the biggest grin in the morning. If we're ever passing through again, we'll definitely stay again. Oh and we appreciated James's playground recommendation in Armidale, we spent a good hour there the morning we left. Thank you again James and Michelle.

This place was perfect for our family. Good location and everything you need. Warm and cozy.

Jade was very helpful. Highland Lodge was easy to find, very private, spacious, comfortable and pleasant (as described). We would love to return sometime.
