Place was accesible to the freeway as well as a 7 eleven down the street. Super convenient . Felt extra safe since it was gated and the rooms were really private and calm. The area was calm and nice. Would definitely recommend this place !!

Second time staying. Nice space. Good lighting and appreciated the dedicated workspace. Host is nice and responsive. Neighborhood is quiet. No issues.

Ling's place was exactly as the pictures showed, and our son took advantage of the playground in the backyard on the days we had to work. I really recommend Ling's place to anyone with little kids. The house was also very big, we were 4 adults and a kid and there was plenty of room (we didn't even use all the bedrooms). We also had ample space for two of us to work some days. Everything was clean when we arrived, and there were plenty of sheets and towels. The only downsides were that there was food in the kitchen when we arrived, and for a trip to LA the location may not be the most convenient (a bit more than 1 hour from the beach, 30/50 minutes to downtown LA, 30/40 minutes to Disneyland, etc.).
