Monthly Rentals in South Edmonton Common

Check in was easy as Preet met me at the unit to give me the keys. Parking was convenient as there was both street parking and a reserved spot behind the unit that I could see from inside. The place was exactly as described, clean and comfortable, had everything I needed. I was there for almost a month and did most of my own cooking, the kitchen was well equipped. Laundry wasn’t in the unit, but in the buildings laundry unit which was fine. As a female living alone, i felt quite comfortable. The area is very walkable. Lots of shopping and grocery stores. Overall, would recommend.

We really loved how thoughtful the apartment is equipped because we felt at home, we didn’t need to buy anything to enjoy our stay and even the bed was very comfortable. The building is quiet and the patio is so spacious, we would like to come back in summer, and the location of the building is fantastic because it’s blocks away from the train. Also, Jim was very responsive when I asked questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Me and wife stayed here for two nights and we loved the place, it was very cosy and clean. Alfred is a great host, he was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
