This place is really special. The cottage is clean and comfortable and the beachfront location is peaceful and gorgeous. We would love to return.

this place is ver special, its not like a regular air bnb, when we areived the property, then stepped into the house and looked around, we felt like we came to a movie setting, yet, it's like came to an old friend's home. it's definitely worth to stay a few more days. we will remember this unique place.

I own my business so “down” time for me is precious. I come here because I can fairly quickly wind down so that I can relax into the rest of my holiday. The house is comfortable, the views spectacular and the oysters are there for one to shuck, straight off the rocks. Add to these the fact that Bruny is just a wonderful place and you have the reasons why I keep coming back. I’m yet to actually meet Paul and Karen, but I think of them like family. Just the sort of hosts you need when you work 300+ days per year.

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay at Magnolia Beach House. This property is beautifully presented, with stylish comfortable furnishings, a great kitchen, very comfortable bed and the most magnificent views! The bathrooms are lovely, and we both enjoyed long soaks in the beautiful bath! Annie is an excellent host, providing a quick response to any questions, and always willing to help if required. We took a long walk along the beachfront and had lunch at the Beach House, which was excellent! We highly recommend Annie and the Magnolia Beach House for your stay 🩵

Ann’s place is very homely, spacious and extremely well equipped. The location is amazing. The views from the decks and from the house are gorgeous and it is just moments from lovely beaches. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife too. Ann is a very friendly, helpful host and easy to communicate with. It was a property we really didn’t want to leave.

We were so lucky to be able to call Saltcotes home for a few days. So homely and well appointed. Thanks so much Frances and we look forward to hopefully coming to stay again.

Very very nice cottage, looks exactly the same as in the photos, very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom, highly recommend to stay at this place!

The view from the front on the house is amazing. Easy walk to the beach. Watching the animal in the evening come out from the front verandah was also amazing. Heaps of variety of birds to watch. We felt at home and could relax. Thank you

Amazing location and house! Large rooms, great view, well stocked kitchen with lots of cookware. Hot Tub was clean and positioned in an amazing location. great to be able to walk down to the beach and explore the rockpools and go fishing from the shore. Nice having the option to purchase wine located at the house. Beds very comfortable, house extremely private and will situated. We had a great stay, thank you.
