Vacation rentals with a patio in Sonian Forest

We were 3 nights, the apartment is very well located, meters from a metro stop, it has its own parking in case you have a car and the area was very quiet. The only thing is that we didn't find a kettle, but we fixed it using a pan that we heated up in the hob. Maybe a kettle would have to be added as I had a capsule coffee machine. We loved everything in the apartment and would definitely come back.

Adelaide was such a lovely host and her place is fabulous! The interior was modern, fun and unique with a cosy feel. Lovely neighbourhood with restaurants and cafes close by with easy access to the city centre and train stations.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. The locaction was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The host was very friendly, helpful and willing to answer to our questions. Higly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well- located spot with a welcoming host!!!!

This is one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. Great location, beautiful interior and a super communicative and friendly host! The flat is in a brilliant location, has excellent amenities and is bigger than the pictures suggested. Everything was very clean and tidy, and we enjoyed multiple coffees on the balcony in the sunshine! Gavin was very helpful throughout and offered to assist with our bags as we arrived which was much appreciated. The flat is perfectly situated and lots to explore. Seafood spot Mer Du Nord was our favourite but there’s lots of other bars and restaurants to explore in that square and nearby.

Max's place was the perfect place for us to stay. We were able to walk to ULB both mornings of our conference. We will definitely stay again. Max was supper helpful and provided us with great Belgian beer and fantastic coffee on arrival. Thanks again :)

We stayed at Alines place during a conference with a large group of friends. It was an absolute pleasure. Exactly as advertised. Super walkable to the city center and even to the Uni.

We had a lovely stay at Emilie’s house. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. There was a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom that we shared. On the top floor was a sofa bed and then another double room but we didn’t need to use those. The garden was great for the children with a play house and a sandpit. The pool was a lovely size and there were inflatables that we could use. It’s not heated though so we tended to use it in the afternoon once the sun had warmed it up a bit. The neighbourhood is quiet with a few playgrounds and woodland walks nearby. There’s also a lovely restaurant called Auberge du Kasterlinden that is walkable from the property. We got the tram into the city centre which was easy to do. Public transport is great in Brussels. We’d recommend Mini Europe, the Automium, the Lego Discovery Centre and Pairi Daiza if you have children. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Olivier’s place was perfect for our needs while passing through town. Great communication, ample space, beautiful location.

Really lovely house. Little sad the bed sheets are not included, when people come by train it's complicated to bring everything.

Good location, very well equipped kitchen and excellent communication with the owner. There was a minor issue with a socket that was sorted out right away. The bathroom is gorgeous with a deep, comfy bath and a spacious shower. The beds are very comfortable too. Walking distance to independent shops with beautiful fresh produce, lovely bakeries and plenty of cosy cafés and eateries. Rupel Sushi especially recommended. We also loved the big Saturday morning market which is well worth a visit. Mechelen is a beautiful, safe city. The tourist information is excellent. Lots of guides, maps and gorgeous postcards. Friendly, multi-lingual staff. A word of caution: there are ebikes and e- scooters everywhere. They travel at considerable speed and we had a few close calls. Take particular care when crossing road and cycle paths.

Marie was extremely thoughtful and considerate in ensuring first that her place met our needs, as we have two little children. She was welcoming when we arrived and communicative throughout our stay to make sure all was in order for us. The place is well located to public transportation and cafes, all in a calm neighborhood. Overall great stay and wonderful host!

We were very happy with our stay at Mark's. The house has lots of charm, is generously equipped (including very comfortable bedding) and easy access by highway from France. We were able to park easily and take the metro or tram (5 min walk) to visit Brussels. You could get to the city center in about 25 minutes by metro. Shops are nearby, have a supermarket 5 min walk away. Restaurants there are also restaurants. Nice garden and pleasant environment with green spaces within a 10 min walk, including a beautiful park with a small pond and children's games. We were two families with young children (seven in all) and we had plenty of room for everyone in the house. The games available were appreciated. Mark welcomed us with some helpful explanations and suggestions. We recommend her home without reservation for a stay in Brussels.

Great stay, Maïté and Peter were very welcoming. The place is like the charming and tastefully decorated photos. There is everything the kitchen needs is very well equipped (oil, spices, ...) The accommodation is well located on foot from restaurants and walking paths. Like 2 years ago we enjoyed our stay very much

Lovely experience. Olivier is a very nice and friendly host, always ready to answer our questions and easy to deal with. The apartment is impeccable and matches exactly the pictures. Everything is nice and clean, the place is in a beautiful neighbourhood. I recommend!

We stayed here for 2 days for a concert in the ING arena which was only 5 min away by car. The host send us really helpful instructions on how to get in and out. The apartment was super clean and super spacey for the amount of people we came with. The space also provided everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come back again, thankyou for making this trip comfortable!

We stayed here for new year and we loved this apartment so much. Would highly recommend. The apartment was so homely and beautiful. Flooded with light but also had great black out curtains for nighttime. The wrap around balcony was also gorgeous. The interior was beautifully decorated with modern furniture. Great location with close transport links. Colette was super friendly and helpful, had quick responses and provided so much information prior to us arriving which made everything so easy on arrival.
