We had a very nice stay in the cozy cottage. Chantal and Francois were really friendly and available. Communication went smoothly and we felt very welcome. The cottage is a very beautiful place! We had a very pleasant stay in Lou's apartment. It is spacious, light and convenient. We especially appreciated it for its hyper-trained kitchen, comfortable beds and small garden. The purpose of our stay in Brussels was to (re)discover the city, but also to allow my travel companion to write a bachelor's thesis in peace. We managed to do both, because despite its off-center location, the apartment is very well connected by public transport (tram 4 or 92, various bus lines); in addition, the street and the building being silent, made the apartment a quiet oase for us. If ever the need to rent an apartment in Brussels arrives, I would not hesitate to make a new reservation for this one. Regarding communication with Lou and her co-hosts, I can say that this one is welcoming, warm and above all very clear, with very specific instructions.

We really enjoyed the accommodation. Thomas was very friendly. The house was clean and bright, and we had a great time.

Amazing stay, great appartment and location.

The NICEST place right in the centre, perfect for 4 people and can even fit 5. Hosts and welcome was flawless with a super cute guest book and lots of local recommendations.

Łukasz provided a clear set of instructions on how to access the building making it super easy to get inside. The premises is in a good location with only a short walk to bus stops where you can hop on and get into the city centre in around 15 minutes. The apartment was clean and comfortable making our stay even more enjoyable and Łukasz was always reachable when needed.

I had a fantastic week at Lieve's place. The apartment is as described in the photos and is close to public transportation (tram and bus) and a supermarket. The place is immaculately clean, with an excellent kitchen. I felt right at home! Lieve is super responsive to messages and greeted me when I arrived. She accommodated my request for an early check-in due to my flight schedule. She is one of the BEST Air B&B hosts we have ever had. My wife and I will return to Brussels in May and have already booked to stay with Lieve. This is a superb place and you simply cannot go wrong!

This is a great place in the heart of Brussels. The rooftop terrace is spectacular and we spent most of our time out there. You are is walking distance of the Grand Palace and are right in the center of town. I would highly recommend this place if you want to stay in downtown Brussels.

The accommodation was very good ,although it is true that the spiral stairs are a little tricky to go up and down. But very well located and very quiet although it was centrally located
